He answered that he was aware that I had "supplied my information," but that the instrument had been sold. I told him that I did not just supply my information, but had clicked the buy-now option, added it to my, cart, and paid for it with my credit card. He interrupted me and shouted, "Don't you understand? It's not here. I don't have it." Then he said he could get me a new instrument for $1,200 more.
I called the credit card company and was told that the transaction had not been processed, so I put a stop on the payment.
