I contacted bought two groupons hoping to get some instructions with a golf instructor Jim Cleary Golf . I was not aware that you can not select a given time that Jim Cleary Golf has to shedule you weeks in advance. I had some family coming into town a week from then but nothing was available so i held on to the groupons. I bought one for 1 person two instuctions and 1 for a group of 4. The first one i sheduled was for the 2 lessons. The first lesson i sheduled i missed which i understand and Jim Cleary seem niced and said he had someone else he could do then so no biggie and that he would call me back that evening to reschedule i said ok great thanks i had some doctor appointments i had to change dates on. The 2nd one my vechicle stopped with me on the side of road. I understand i lost 1 lesson due to that and i sent jim pictures of the hummer. Jim cleary exploded towards me and says his time is money and that it cost me two lessons so im out any lessons on the one groupon.
I told him its not my fault . So Jim Cleary Golf got rude with me on the phone so i asked him to refund and cancel the group lesson. I already gave him the groupon numbers on the phone so he arleady ran them both. He said why you wanted to cancel i told him well he said he would call me back to reshedule and he didn't call me. HE then told me that he doesn't call no one. "Im thinking why didn't he tell me and i would of called him back" He escaulatued treating me real bad to a point that Jim Cleary threatened to hurt me if i went to the golf course after he harrassed me. I suspose to be the customer and he treated me horrible. If you want someone that could possible turn on you and attack you or doesn't have a heart then you can hire him . He will want your money can care less about your game or you at all.
I Tried to get refund for just 1 of the 2 groupons the one that i didn't use i let him keep the other one but since he already ran the numbers for the groupons i gave him by phone they have not refunded me. Even though i didn't get the group lesson. He basically scammed me for the 2nd groupon. Same time if you want to feel like your not a human then this is the person to call.
I want a refund on the group groupon i never used that he ran. And i hope he doesn't treat others like he treats me. I exchanged words becuase he talked me down so much.
