If there's anything professional about Jeremy Robert Sposato, it is only that he is a professional at lying, manipulating, and cheating. As the others have already said, he is a liar and a cheat. He does not pay his employees or agents. He owes multiple people thousands of dollars in unpaid wages and commissions. He does a great job of making (false) promises and motivating new agents, employees and business partners, but it doesn't take long to see him for who he truly is. He owns multiple companies that serve as a shell for the immoral and often illegal activities that transpire in his offices on a daily basis. Myself, along with almost everyone else in our local real estate community, would warn any one against working for or becoming a business partner with Jeremy Sposato. It is amazing that he is even allowed to hold any real estate license any more, however it will only be a matter of time before it all catches up to him, and it will be unfortunate for any people unknowingly affiliated with this scumbag. Please take the community's word for it and stay away from this person. He does nothing but cause good people to waste their time and to lose a lot of money. There are too many good agents, brokers, and construction companies out there that will not risk your livelihood, and it is not worth taking a chance on a professional liar.
