I rented a house to Jenn and her husband Scott about 5 yrs ago, They did not pay on time once in the last three years but I never charged them a late fee. Because they usually had a sob story about their kid being sick. Some of their classics were docking the rent because their food went bad duriing a power outage. Why the landlord and not the electric company. And also charging me because they had to run their water extra in the winter so the one pipe would not freeze (normally I would not mind but after letting you go on thousands worth of late fees did you really feel right sticking me for 20 for your water bill.
But this is the way Jenn the scammer thinks, she stuck me for a $200 water bill when she left and when I went to pay the woman at the water company said "oh that poor woman all those kids and no job or husband" seems she left out the part of her working for the local Judge and her being married to a guy that works for UPS. Ohh poor Jenn feel sorry for Jenn.
Sorry got me a trashed filled dump with thousands of dollars worth of damage the loser could not even take the trash out I had to get a dumpster to clean up this pig sty you are a sloppy pig Jenn you left rotting food sitting everywhere, Soffas TV's they even went and through all kinds of kids toys up inthe attict, Speaking of kids toys thousands and thousands worth of vidio games bikes and other toys just left for trash, poor Jenn feel sorry for Jenn thats what she wants you to think, but of poor Jenn could buy all these toys she should pay her rent.
My other big complaint with her is that she left the house fall into such disrepair toilets shut off because they leak sinks clogged just ignored windows broken just ignored lights not working just ignored kitchen sink leaking and rotting cabinet just ignore, What a parent you are and why did you not all me to fix this stuff. The other thing is foam insulation she complained about mice so she used foaminsulation and sealed all the doors shut, You stupid slob of you took out the trash you would not have mice!
Anyway I right this because I feel it is my job to protect other landlord aginst this scam artist slob before you rent to her I have some pictures you may want to see!
