Gave dealer $5000 down for 4.9% financing and signed contract. I declined $695 extended service contract. I was a new electronic engineer and 1 of 4 highly decorated brothers all gulf war era prior enlisted veterans. Smith advertised on Robins AFB so I thought it was a fair dealership.
I was told they would call me when my new vehicle arrived and to finish rest of paperwork. Jeff Smith's employees called me to come in a few days later after they had transferred my $5000 down payment to their account. I arrived and the finance manager started his finely tuned bait and switch fraud to rip me off. My money secure in their bank where it would be hard for me to get it back. Scam #1 complete.
The finance manager then began to tell me my loan was disapproved. I looked at the contract they had me sign when they took my $5000 down payment and realized the finance manager never signed it , but took the $5000. He then began pressing me hard telling me had some other finance options at ridiculous rates. He repeatedly since day one kept badgering me to buy the $695 service contract and I always said no. Scam#2 complete. He had fraudulently got me to give him $5000 by a deceptive contract ruse which he never signed.
My money in owner Jeff Smith's bank he then began telling me my credit wasn't good enough for the 4.9% rate. I told him the only thing on it was a few medical bills left over from the $1,000,000.00 paid to hospitls during my 3 heart attacks culminating in a Duke Iniv life flight to save my life and 2 years unemployed recently to recover.
He kept up and pulled his final bait and switch fraud. He told me he had a buddy at Well's Fargo and if I bought the $695.00 extended service contract he could get me the original liwer rate of 4.9%. I had been driving a car with 150k miles and needed to buy a new reliable car as I knew that breaking down in the Georgia heat would be too much for my heart. 23% ejection fraction, severe global heart damage, pacer/defib implant along with several other diseases, taking 18 presripts a day. I lnew I did not have more money to use for a downpayment elsewhere while I fought to get my $5000 back from these scum.
i bought the service contract and planned to cancel it later as it said it could be cancelled by the buyer. I had been the victim of a con and all to make sure they got another $695 and surely a part when to the finance manager running th scam or some bonus for the scam to benefit him financially.
I complained and they said the finance manager was fired and never would I be cheated and scammed again. I brough my Kia in for 3000 mile service and the service was garbage. They scratched my new suv and also were suppose to give it a $25 handwash. It was filthy. The service tech ladt name Smith tried to rush me out so I wouldn't notice the scratched suv. I told her what a bunch of scumbags they were and she got mouthy. I told her to get the service manager and to put it in writing they scratched suv and charged for garbage wash job. I have it in writing on the bill. The service manager didnt care and I demanded he have the gm call me. The gm that promised me I would never be cheated again.

They know I have several severe diseases and while at Robin's developed lupus and psorgens disease to go along with the others. It is clear they hope I die first and each contract states you have to use their arbitrator etc. I quit the position and moved back home where veterans are respected and not preyed upon by greedy warner robins ga dirtbag millionaires. The devil went down to Georgia and made his home outside the Robin's AFB gates.
