I quit Jeff Randal's call center because he was making us run telemarketing calls for elderly which was not right. We were made to promise people all sorts of things that we knew was not true and we used a fake recording to get people to think we could help. I went in for an interview and was emailed I did not get the position due to them being filled when I knew others had gotten calls same day to set up interviews... I responded to the email and said they should not lie about why I didn't get the job and if they had any criticism to help me in my future job search. The Hiring MGR Marissa Pickert was meaning to forward my email to Jeff and included an email about me. Basically saying I was not hired due to looks and that I looked like a "Partier" and this is so far from being true, after reading these reviews about sexual harassment maybe I just wasn't Jeff's type :o) I received the email because instead of sending it to Jeff she replied to me! I have evidence and not offering the job due to appearance is highly illegal... I hope they get shut down
So I read a few Rip Off Reports about Jeff Randol and I wish I would have known about this site sooner. For those of you ladies who know Jeff Randol - this won't come as a surprise - Jeff and I had an affair that lasted two months. He promised to leave his wife Deb - but after I found out I wasn't the only girl he was stringing along - I dumped his sorry ass.
Yes it is embarresing that I even got caught up with him. He promised we would go to Disney World and all these sky high promises. The truth is Jeff is a perverted and disgusting pig who preys on young single mothers. He used to come to my place for lunch (business meetings) and it creeped me out the way he would look at my kids.
We dated in secert for a while until I had a call with him saying this is not right and he needs to pick. I was going to tell his wife, but he threated that would be a huge mistake.. I know I was wrong to sleep with a married man but I truly believed he loved me and we would have a future together
Jeff is a sick manipulator and a liar! He acts like a good man and pretends to be a good mentor but secretly he has a very very dark side. It makes me sick even thinking about him.

I worked for Jeff Randol at Consumer Education Outreach from February of 2014 until June of 2014. During the course of my tenure I earned commissions and bonuses which were never paid. I was also eligible for profit sharing which he never paid. Jeff acts like some god fearing Christian – his image is important to him – but he rarely “walks the talk”, in my experience the guy is a con artist.
When he wrongfully discharged me, I decided to hire a private investigator through my attorney. While I can’t discuss the specifics of my case, I do feel an obligation to share a little of what I uncovered. If you search his name on this site (or google) you will see dozens of reports on him going back ten years and spanning several companies; all of which he has bankrupt and walked away from.

Jeff Randol at Consumer Education Outreach filed for personal bankruptcy in August of 2013. US Bankruptcy Court Case Number 1317811ABC; discharged August 22nd 2013. He made no attempt to pay back any of his creditors and then purchased a half million dollar ranch in Windsor.

It is deeply concerning that someone who steals identity credentials and provides alcohol to minors has private consumer data at his disposal; it’s really alarming when you see a theft of up to $15,000 dollars on his record.
Jeff Randol regularly uses illegal and unethical business practices; many of which violate TCPA laws. The solar campaigns he runs under the name Green Energy Association are highly illegal as he uses “Press 1” tactics to generate solar leads. He even had call center representatives call back our DNC numbers and consumers on the national DNC list.
The weekly meetings Jeff Randol required us to attend with the Christian life coach from his church over our lunch breaks violated labor laws. The life coach basically told us we were worthless without god in our lives and it created a hostile work environment.
As a consumer I would be very worried if Jeff at Consumer Education Outreach had any of my personal information. He regularly sells lists of consumer information to anyone who is willing to pay him so he can re-monetize his data.

My friend works for a call center in Windsor and encouraged me to apply. When I went in to interview the police we there and I turned around and left I wanted no part of that. After some digging I found out that Consumer Education Outreach owned by Jeff Randol is a front for scams he perpetrates.
Jeff Randol has been operating as an independent business owner since 2001. He has run through a string of illegal and bankrupt businesses such as Great Leads and Consumer Education Outreach. His main focus is low-grade outbound call campaigns targeting senior citizens, the elderly and at-risk adults, even tens of thousands of consumers on the National Do Not Call registry. His business is a front for his illegal TCPA Robo-calling campaigns, which use pre-recorded voice messages for consumer theft. Currently, he is being funded by ePath Media a company owned by Bill Baskin & Jeremy Buttke based in California to run press 5 business to consumer automated call campaigns for Reverse Mortgage and Solar.
Some of the unregistered business names Jeff Randol uses as fronts include Green Energy Association and American Mortgage Quotes. Sometimes he has his call center staff claim to be from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or from an energy company like Pacific Gas and electric to steal people’s information. He even fakes the caller-id’s to trick the unsuspecting consumers into believing the calls they are receiving are from the government or a public utility.
Jeff Randol’s personal life is just as screwed and corrupt as his business; he is under investigation for fraud and violations of the TCPA laws, a sexual harassment suit, and several wrongful termination lawsuits. He has been convicted of providing alcohol to minors and using false identity credentials (Colorado Case, Weld County, 2000M913), Felony Theft of $15,000 (Colorado Case, Boulder County, 2004CR3709), he even filed for personal bankruptcy in August of 2013 (US Bankruptcy Court case 1317811ABC).
Theres talk online and on Facebook that he has been physically abusing his beautiful wife Debi and then told her to claim she fell off a horse. While he's having an affair with one of his employees. That is why the police were at his call center to investigate the allegations of fraud and domestic violence.
Jeff Randol continues to operate his boiler room business in Windsor Colorado. Jeff Randol has no business phone lines for a reason, so that no one can call his fake business. You have to reach only him on his cell phone at 970.518.7228.
