I trusted that they would help me with a business , but Mike and jay help others modtly if theyre silent partners. Well Mike Dean's relationship caused my divorce so Jay " cleaned up the mess and unethically did my divorce for " county Dean" So i had another relationship with a man who was as i also were getting a divorce ... During which time .. I got pregnant. Everything was fine until domestic violence started in which i learned the hard way. So Ed the baby's father bribes a judge in order to get sole custody.. It was helpless so i begged Jay to help either be my attorney or i will lose because at that time i thought Jay's politics would help me. We met hired him and threw in that David Zimmerman his prosecutor where Jay is judge of creola / prosecutor .
I did not want David at all paid Jay 2500$ and the consolidated case that i had been waiting a year for well we get to May 21.2014 Jay Ross informs me that Zimmerman and shields had another case .. So i have my lawyer had waited so long . Dhr closed everything out ( bcuz they take orders from Jay Ross) June 2014 -july 2014 Ed the father shows up drunk driving with my 2 yr old .. So of course i allie the father to stay whike i get much needed time with my baby .. Ed gets arrested 7/12/14 and i get a pfa restraining ed from me AND the children so Mobike police escorted me to get Justin the 2 year old .. Finally had my child safe . I told Jay that i wanted to fire him simply bcuz we were friends & wanted to salvage friendship. The next day or two jay texts me with a lie to make me panic and he said " Brandi Lowe ( corrupt atty as well) wants to know if i still represent you ..and he makes it sound urgent and so of course walked right into this trap by my own corrupt lawyer.
I told Jay they better not act like their concern is only for one of 4 of my children .. That we needed to fight, replies "yes boss .. Just LET ME TALK TO HER. Well started gettng fraudulant mail. I never denied DHR access only was afraid they were going to put my child anywhere around the violence that had resulted with both of us being victimized. JAY ROSS EMAILS ME THIS FAKE INSTANTER FOR ACCESS TO THE CHILD .. Even though i had a court date Aug 26,2014 .. Well JAY & Richard Shields all conspire using DHR Brandi Lowe ... I was afraid Ed was going to be there so i texted Jay to ask forca continuance and besides i wasnt served ( not realizing access wouldve been granted, but Jay & David said i would lose Justin if i didnt go so i went .. Got there it was s trap and they all said i agreed to put Justin in Foster Care ??!!!!!!
Wth im squalling to Jay Ross as he acts so shocked, but does nothing for over a month while i have no idea where Justin is and the nextmkrning after that hearing i filed kidnapping but officer mcleod as any nornal officer said tgey HAD to have a reason and i replied no sir so he calls dhr. JAY ROSS is doing nothing and even allows the PFA to be rescinded.. Well we had our otiginal court date cancelled August 20,2014 reset for anotherv6 months .. By this time i wait 4 weeks and a day .. Since the FBI was calling due to a video that the FBI desperately needed .. Since i needed help inms and trust an agent Matthew Campbell .. He was brought to Mobile field office. Well Jay does nothing absoluteky nothing except reply " dhr is just fu$$& w/ you) i had enough so turned my evidence in had Matt that could help with other stuff and the indictments started snowing... Well Kim Hastie , Mike Dean , & Jay Ross were all in on it together " different and same things" well at my DV trial with Ed ..
Jay gets a different ( in otger words fixed ) judge that even with video evidence finds him not guilty and all ofva sudden brandi lowe who inhad not emailed in about two weeks but showed a funny picture never threatening except that they found out i was a federal witness. Well i went to jail the same day as domestic w/Ed .. I was fearful to even call and check on Justin so i begged my ex husband that worked 15 years in law enforcement .. Sure enough after i signed in the officers said there was a call that i may bring a gun & start shooting ppl .. The Mobile police officers seemed very disgusted w/ dhr simply by the fact i brought a witness to testify as to what they saw. The officers told me i could pick up an incident report .. I had fired Jay because the state auditor confirmed Jay was helping Ed not me. Nov 26 when kim hastie got indicted Jay had DHR pick up my 15 year old from the bus stop saying Andrew was in imminent danger .
I cried because at the nov 26 i had to place him til Trial 1/21/15. I only get supervised vidits with the 15 yr old and they banned me from the DHR building and today is court with Lowe and i havent seen justin in 7 weeks . Missed thanksgiving and xmas . Jay Ross knows his days are numbered so i guess lets strike as hard against me as he could and he did to the point that i felt drugged/ or poisoned Friday so i went to providence and one of Jay's friends were basically saing antifreeze drugs etc so i had a full tox screen. I have had blocked death threats and this is the attorney for the county commission .. Prichard water , mt vernon , judges in chickasaw & creola & in baldwin county city attorney . I have audio finally when joe Hubbard even tried to help & lied and lied. jay Ross has cost me precious moments fraudulent misrepresentation and tons ofvethical violations .. He is a danger to our city municipalities and needs to be disbarred and in prison.
