Jim Kiser has property rentals.He is a private so called landlord. If you rent from him, I feel bad for you, he is not a good person. We rented a place off him, thinking he was a good person, well found out the hard way. We only rented for a short while, we soon found out our bedroom roof leaked, due to a hole in the roof, it actually had mold growing, but we were told he'd fix it. Well that never happened, then came winter and we had no working furnace. We didnt have to bring this to his attention, he already knew it had'nt worked in over 5 yrs. We didnt know that, found out the hard way, it never got fixed so as a quick remedy we used a space heater. This soon made us sick from fumes and became costley. Jim asked us for 800. rent, this was totally out there. My husband and I both have health issues. None of this mattered to Jim, he would do no repairs, would not communicate when we would text. His rental properties should be condemd they are in that bad of shape. At one point we even had a firecompany come out to look at how rotted and dangerous the roof was, they said No way is it safe and no way worth 800. per month. We didnt get reciepts either. So this landlord should try at something else.
