so I drove all the way to know Mr. Upfall. after arriving at the hotel and going through all of the gold which totaled 1758 dollars. Marty then tells me and my fiance that he does not have cash. We can do this one of two ways. He can write us a check or we can meet him at the refinery in the morning and he will have cash. So he wrote a check with a commitment to meet me first thing in the morning at the refinery in Southfield which there isn't even a refinery in Southfield.
so again I drove 29 mile and Greenfield where he told me to meet him. I had more gold with me for him to look at. It turns out those pieces were not real. So at this time he informs me that the refinery has not processed the gold yet. he tells me not to cash the check because there was an issue with the bank. And he will have my money by 6 o'clock that evening. At this time he gave me $500 cash what's left im only me $1258.
at 6 o'clock that evening I text him I called him several times. He did call me back at about eight and told me he was running late he would be to my house by 10 o'clock. I said that's fine as long as it was by 11 because I had people waiting on me. I text him my address and when I heard nothing 11 o'clock I called him. He made 15 different excuses why he could not meet me. But to meet him at 5 o'clock the following morning. Which is this morning. June 18th 2014.
I have called this man a minimum of 25 times today. And yes I have left some hateful messages. I do not like being ripped off for 1200 dollars. This man cost me a visit with my goddaughter and I have not see you in 20 years. He knew I had plans this morning I was picking up my goddaughter in Indiana and taking her to Cedar Point. Marty is a crook he's a liar its a scam don't trust him. His checks are no good and he is no good. I am waiting to file charges against this man now. I have my written receipt from his company and the worthless check.
