Paid for an arrest record which was never received. Subsequently emailed the customer service link provided with no response. Attempted to create an account to access the website. After entering required information to create an account, the message received when clicking on the link displayed that page was invalid. I called the credit card customer service who confirmed that the charge was pending. I requested the card be cancelled and reissued so that no further charges would be credited against the account.
