Do not Oder from JACE BEAUTY. I purchased my hair the first week of March. I have not receive it as of this date.For the first 6 weeks I was receiving email updates on the process. On the 8 th week no response. I emailed them, they responded with what they call an update, telling me that my purchase is being completed This was done by email. It should have already been completed and on its way. If you know you have to wait 8 weeks. The 9th week you're on pins and needeles waiting on your hair.
This is the worst experience with hair that I ordered on line. Don't make no plans if you order this hair. I still haven't gotten a date on when I can expect to receive my hair. They're so disrespectful. They have your money and it's nothing I can do. I will go to my bank before this week is out to see if I can get my money back. I have plans to go on vacation and thought I would have my hair that's not gonna happen. They call me with excuses and they always seem to go straight to my vioce mail. it's horrible The phone number in the emails go straight to what sounds like a fax machine.
Just don't do it. It's not worth it. The customer service is the worst. If it was a actual store i could go to, I probably would have a case. It's just an awful experience. When i purchase hair I'm so excited when it arrives, like a kid in a candy store. its the worst experience ever. Don't do it. I have no reason to lie, I love hair and thought I would give them a try. A bad decision. Really bad. Jace is disrespectful, when I spend 600 on hair and can't get it on time I feel disrespected. I've ordered from other places no problem. Stick with what you know.
