J3 needs to shut operations down. It's a Joke of a so called company. No structure and nobody in charge knows what the hell they're doing. No policy and procedure. Drivers run the show and there is no discipline and they get away with it. Equipment needs to be torched, it don't work anyways. Lowest pay in industry. I'm glad I quit and now work for a real company with high standards and don't have to deal with nonsense.

Suggestion, do some research on J3 before u start loving the company too much and end up getting screwed. Call IRS and social security. They have no record of any payments that J3 has taken out of ur pay. J3 keeps it and doesn't turn it in, which u will have to pay it again at the end of the year when u file ur taxes. Beware, they run the logs illegally.

Brought in New people in office from a company that just went under and as an employee I believe I Have the right to know who this Sosa person is and how he believes he can speak to me how he did. How professional a coward he made himself look like and what goes around comes around. My pakychecks were forgotten to be paid to me a couple of times and had to wait a week to have it deposited to my account. The owner of the company has no remorse. When my call finally went through he didn't even try to hear me out not didn't even appreciate for the work I've volunteered to help in Midland and West Virginia. This company needs to be investigated for all bad things they do before more good people get hurt.

Yes they didn't know what they were doing. Filling my tax was a joke. the IRS had no records of them of my employment. I gave the worker the address of the company in Lytle Tx telling them they had !0 days to respond. they did/ I filed didn't get my money back. paid 90.00 to do my taxes and got 25.00 back. I worked for them almost 6 months made 33,000.00 .wow. I HOPE ALL OF U GET WHAT U DESERVE. especially all the cock suckers that all related. all of u are like breeding roaches

The employees are very experienced in the oil and gas field; and know how to get their job done. Great company to work for! 5 STARS
Worse oil and gas company in tx.... under paid and over work every day all driver work more then what the law required and company refuse the pay for over time.... we dont have any more fuel cards nor restroom at well... but they tell us we got the stay on site bull shit... j3 oil and gas is the worse company the work for... the trucks is not worth it you will fail dot inspeactions hands down!

J3 Oil and gas doesn't offer medical insurance which having more than 25 employees they are required to have it. they don't give pay stubs and that's illegal 2. The dispatcher Al is a piece of shit. Thinks he runs shit and doesn't know what he's doing. He tries and makes drivers run illegally when told equipment is or should be red tagged ue makes drivers go out in it anyways. New people they have in office don't work but get paid high dollar. Makes drivers work everyday, no schedules. Driver may end up coming off 10 hour break then be up for 5 to 10 hours before getting a call to go out. The drivers are tired but if you turn down load because of fatigue then you're penalized. This is against DOT regulations. Safety department doesn't even know how to run proper logs or proper hours of service. You can't claim oilfield exemption and have a sand driver do a 30 minute break. That break is only for drivers who are stuck working on well sites.
