Service manager has very very poor customer service skills that he is obviously passing down to his employees. He wants to pick and choose which vehicles to work on and which ones to turn around cause its too much of a hassle and taking from his bonus money. I never had to bicker and fight and pull teeth to get my vehicle serviced. I have been having front end issues with my car for over a year and I took it to two other places for second opinions. Each time they kept saying the exact same issue that my warranty was charged for the first time that this service departmentdid not do at all. The tech admitted to not changing anything on my vehicle but my warranty was charged for it. Service manager has no care nor concern for you nor your vehicle if you are not paying cash so they can charge you more for work they are not doing then don't expect to get your vehicle back fixed. All ways expect to get it back with another problem it did not go in with and then they will tell you they don't know what is wrong. For the service mananger to tell me his techs don't want to tear down my car to find what the real problem is and he is not going to pay them to do it very unprofessional.
This service mananger goal and main focus is money money money and don't care if your vehicle get fixed or not. He go far as telling me he can spray some lubrication on the parts that may be making noise but he don't know for sure if they don't take it apart to see. He told me that my warranty denied to fix my struts but when I called my warranty companty come to find out he never mentioned struts to them at all. Why? Cause his techs don't want to do all that work and he have to pay them out his pocket so he keeps claiming and stressing. But yet they still wants to charge you this new $115 fee for diagnostic fee when they don't even know what is wrong with your car and don't want to take the time out to find out. They only looking for those fast quick and easy jobs to do and cash paying customer's. He told me if my warranty covers my struts then he will have them replaced and i was going to pay for my strut mounts. I then needed a timing belt as well and he caught a huge fit and was claiming my warranty company was not going to pay for no timing belt when its all in black in white on my policy. So for him to prove to me and show me he was not going to work on my vehicle at all he called my warranty people and told them nothing on my car needs to be fixed my struts were not needing to be fixed and my belt is fine it just needs to be changed when he clearly stated he heard the noise. He even gonna tell me I don't need to be worried about no noise and I need to be worried about my major oil leak that I don't see in my drive way. He did not want to take the time it would have taken to fix my car when he could of did like maybe 2 other cars in place of mine. He then tells me if they tear down my front end I will have to pay the techs out my pocket for doing so. Why should I keep being told to come out my pocket with money when labor and repairs are covered under my warranty?
This service department is just a band aid station and will not go to the extent they are suppose to to fix your vehicle they would rather lie to get out of fixing your car so you can take it else where to be serviced. Everyone I see and know will be told to never take their car here unless they want to be lied to and ripped off and denied repairs when your told one thing and they go and do something else behind your back cause they don't want to fix or be bothered with your vehicle. They did not hurt me at all they only helped me to have my car repaired by a great shop and I can feel comfortable knowing the repairs where actually made and I want have to worry about getting my car back the same way it went in not fixed and with new other problems. It's like they don't fix what they say and yet break something else so they can charge you again.
