We had a complete contract that was paid in full as to the dates of the contract, while we were living in Sc concerned the work was not getting done and Justin would not send photos of completed work, we came to Pa to see what was going on. Since we had already paid out so much money, there was no explanation from justin. The weekend of 12/12/12 after my nephew unexpectedly died , the Apartment building Justin was working on was broken into and vandalized . Because we were not able to meet the completion dates of the contract due to the breakin that I feel Justin was involved in. he tried it extort money from the insurance company send when we wouldn't let him he walked off the job and kept the money that was paid him for materials he did not produce. He is a co artist and a thief! His brother was arrested in March of that year for an active arrest warrent and when he was arrested he had heroin on him. this brother worked set our house at the time of the break in.
