He did a fine job of painting the house. Employees not so much. Deep, long scratch in wood floor from moving sofa. Paint drops on the floor. Downspouts not returned to their places. Two heavy, wet moving blankets over 100 lbs. each draped one over the other on a gate for 12 hours to let them dry. Gate ruined, concrete cracked. Dana blamed on poor worksmanship by gate builder who was a licensed structural engineer! Worked on a few items, then had a job on the other side of town and said he'd come back soon to finish. That was Labor Day. I've left voicemail and sent email a month ago with no response. Have to hire someone else to clean up his mess!!!
