ITP Voip ITP Voip Internet Services my previous insurance company was involved in a scam they were unaware of. MY information along with my kids information was leaked out. I have found a few things on my credit report that was not me or did not belong to me so i disputed those charges. I started getting bank statements from my bank that there was a purchase from ITP in January, a withdraw in February and another trying to come out in March. I disputed these chars with the bank because I didnt even know who ITP was until I started looking into the situation. I called ITP myself to talk to a supervisor or the fraud department and they denied both. I explained the situation and they didnt seem to care, I asked to have the account cancels and flagged for fraud, they refused. I talked to someone who was supposedly a supervisor but was not. The 2 people I did talk to were extremely rude and didn't care what I had to say. They were saying that I was a lair, accusing me that the account was mine, I needed to pay and so on and so forth. I refuse to pay for something I dont have I told the lady and the lady states this account is your, we listened to the recordings of when it was set up and a lady was the one that called in. Shes telling me this as she is yelling and cussing at me. I dont recommend this company to anyone. I am going to have to get an attorney to get this account shut down and the charges dropped because it is a fraud account but they don't believe me. This company is loacted in Brooklyn, New York.
This company is one of the most fraudulent ever. My credit card number changed and I forgot to make the change on my auto debit. They continued to bill me even though I have had no service for 3 months and I get no emails and only one letter in the mail threatening to take my account to collections. Upon calling, I spoke with Two of the most rude customer agents who had no compassion or respect for customers. It is unbelievable that this company feels that it is fair to bill customers when they disconnect the service. I was sent to a voicemail line twice when asking to be put through to a manager. This company is a wretched scam and I highly recommend that noone use their services. You will eventually experience the same unethical and fraudulent treatment.
