I had major problems with iTechDeals. They sent to the wrong address & I actually had to get MY local post master to figure out what happened & call 5 locations to get it to me. This package bounced around for 2 months with no help from them to locate it.
Their support is terrible. When you call their number it goes to a vm that says submit to the contact form on the site. When you submit on their form, they usually to 2 days or longer to respond. No refunds or they have a lot of conditions on the return.
They sent ear buds that have a label "This product is intended for sale at Dollar General" If i wanted a Dollar General product i would have gone to the one down the street. They did not send assorted colors as stated, all are purple. I would NEVER use this company again.
If you look on their site they dont have the abilty to leave any feedback. Now I know why, they would be filled with bad reviews. Most reputible sites have that, I guess i should have considerd that. Do NOT buy iPhone chargers from this site. They regularly have iPhone 4 and iPhone USB charging cables for sale with Free Shipping. They are NOT genuine Apple chargers and will NOT work with your phone. They are cheap Chinese fakes. Please save your money.

Only two of my orders are reflected on Itechdeals' website and they say "processing" for the status. The other 2 or 3 items aren't showing up at all and I paid for them thru Paypal. Stay away from this company.
ITechDeals sells cheap crap. Save aggravation, buy from a reputable dealer. I bought a GPS/Phone holder put my GPS in the holder and mounted as per instuctions. I did not even start the truck. Went in the house and when I came back the GPS was on the floor ....................BROKEN. Think they will buy me a new one? HA_HA_HA !

It would not hold a charge, turn on or operate in any way and although I immediately contacted the company, to date (two MONTHS later), they still have not replaced the item or refunded the measly $19.00 I paid for it.
Instead, they barely respond to my emails requesting a replacement or refund and when they do, they send simple emails apologizing for the inconvenience and that they will send a replacement “as soon as possible” as they are busy filling other orders. My response has always been more or less the same, stating that they should make this a priority and send the replacement out immediately, but their responses are also the same with the identical BS promise that they will fill the order “as soon as possible”.
It is very clear that they have no interest in making good on their defective merchandise and instead, want to string me along for as long as possible hoping I will go away. However, they have picked the wrong consumer for that and while again, it is a measly $19.00, I will be happy to post similar reviews all over the internet warning customers NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH iTech Deals! Their merchandise is defective. Their “customer service” is nonexistent or abhorrent and if you do business with them, you are very likely to experience the same and worse!

I placed my order on 12/11/14 Received confirmation of shipment on the 16th and am still waiting. I live roughly 25 miles from the company and don't think even the U.S.P.S. would take two weeks to deliver an envelope. There is no response when contacting them by email which is the only avenue of communication. Don't get sucked in by cheap prices like I did, save your money and go elsewhere. I read another review of the company on a different site which had several 5 star ratings that appear to be written by people from the company!

I recievd an email from bradsdeals.com with an offer from itechdeals.com for tempered glass screen protectors for the Samsung galaxyS4 for $8.97 each with free shipping so i purchased two of them for a total of $17.94 on 8/6/14. i recieved an email regarding the order.The charge was debited from my acct the next day but i didnt recieve an email saying it had been shipped yet. So i waited a few days and emailed the customer service email [email protected] asking when my order would be shipped i was told it had been shipped on 8/12/14. i recievd my package on 8/18/14 and both the screen protectors were shattered. the envelope was not marked to handle with care either. i immediately emailed the same customer support email in which they had resopinded to my previous email regarding the shipping status within an hour. i told them that i recieved the package and the producst were damaged and that i wanted to either retun the products and be refunded or have them replaced free of charge and to be please email me back asap.
this was sent on 8/18/14 at 2:22 pm i then emailed them again the next day 8/19/14 at 11:48am after getting no response.then i sent a third email on 8/20/14 at 10:46 am and i still have not recieved any response to my emails. they dont have any # that you can call on their webstie and the # that shows on my bank acct for the debit is 732-930-0010 but no ine answers it jsut tells you to contact them at [email protected] which tyou can clearly see is useless. they have ripped me off and theres nothing i cna do about it.. I then recieved an email asking if I had recieved my order yet, if not click on a lick that was enclosed in the email and if it had been 24-48 hours to click on this link to report I hadn't recieved my order. When I clicked on the link stating that my order wasn't recieved, all it did was take me to the website to fill out a form with my order number and they would contact me with further information. To this date, no order and no response from my email. "Something needs to be done concerning this website as soon as possible".
