Island Lifestyle is by far the BIGGEST ripoff and con job that I have ever experienced in my 67 years of life. I should have known when the sales person referred to the street solicitors for this lowlife company as "body snatchers." My wife and I have accepted the fact that there is no recourse in terms of getting a refund for a worthless, actually no service company. This lowlife, crook infested scumbags group should be indicted but our criminal justice system is designed to protect those who have figured out how to use the system and take advantage of fools like me. The best I can do is use media like this to warn other would be fools from putting their hard earned money into a ripoff scheme like Island Lifestyle. I am a good Christian man and could not live with myself if I did to others like these cockroaches have done to me and others. If ever there is a class action suit against this maggot company, I'll be the first to sign the grievance/complaint against them. There is probably a very good reason that these maggots run their scam from the Virgin Islands.
There is someone who has talked to an attorney in St. Thomas who is trying to get enough people together for a class action suit. Go to: https://www.facebook.com/IslandLifestyleTravel/
While on a cruise to st thomas usvi, was approached by a man to scratch off a prize winning ticket, was told we won a free gift, was then asked to follow him back to an office, at which time we listened to a salesman who told us we would save up to 60% on travel, we were promised that we would be able to get deep discounts on cruises, resorts, and airline tickets.
We unfortunetly fell for this and paid them our one time fee, we were given a "free cruise" for which we would only have to pay port charges. After getting home from our cruise and researching this further we realized we had been taken, the free cruise wasnt really free cruise and the discount on everything else wasnt a discount either, i turned tham into the BBB but the case was sent to peurto rico for which we haven't heard anything back and we have tried to call but there is a language barrier so can't get any more info.
I called island lifestyle travel and told them i wanted refund as it was not what they had promised it to be. After being told to call this person and that person i finally got ahold of a man that told me it was legal and binding and there was nothing i could do other than sell my time or give it to someone, of which i will not do either as i am an honest person and wont lie and deceit others the way that i was done too.
These people are con artists and should be stopped by someone. it is not right for them to take peoples money the way they do. You can get better discounts off the internet. Haven't used it yet what a waste of money and my time.

so once again another scam .we were also given all the same info as the above .these people must have a script they follow because they said the same to every one i read and also to us.i think all travel agencies should be notified to tell any customers heading to st thomas to be aware of this scam.they should send out an elert to all there cruise lines heading there .the cruise lines should be leaving noitices in peoples cabins to be aware of this group.any one out there notify your your travel people lets try and stop this from happenning to anyone else.
My husband and I were also approached with the scratch off hook. we sat in on the presentation but thought it was very pushy. they went from saying that this was their way of attracting business to St thomas to saying we could book anywhere in the world. The focus and amount we needed to pay changed every other minute.
Call me cautious but I will never give a credit card to someone that I have no clue will give me the goods promised. So glad we didn't bite. Just mad because we spent an hour and a half of wasted time on this.,
We went to presentation while on cruise to St Thomas USVI, we signed up with Island Lifestyle, supportly a discount travel agency that could get us travel (Airfare, Cruises, Hotels , Condos and travel packages) at GREATLY reduced prices since they were a travel "wholesaler"
Not more than 30 days after signing up and paying (in advance) for this service, I attemped to get info to book a cruise. I submitted a request on 1/11/15 withthe info on ship etc and my contact info. Three (3) days later I received a EMail with the price...which was almost $800 more than I can get using a legit regular on-line agency (Which I have used 5 times before)
I called the female who sent me the Email, she was out and no one else could get the info and discuss it with meI was informed she maybe returning yet that day (Wed 1/14/15) and I requested she return my cal either that day or the next.
On Fri 1/16/15 she finally returned my call. She was rude and kept interupting me when I attempted to ask questions on the high price I was quoted. She told me that was the best price out to the public...she wasn't a commissioned worker or the price would have been higher. I told her that two (2) on line travel agencies had better prices on line and even the cuise line (RCI) had better rates on its own website. She told me that I was lying and that I had no idea what I was talking about, I told her that my wife and mtself had been on many-many (29) RCI cruises. She told me if I could do better elsewhere, go there and the phone call ended.
I called the main number and spoke with same female (who did not give me her name) and as of 3:30 on Fri 1/16/15 she would research my complaint and return my call with answers. Nothing on Fri.
I waited until almose noon today (1/19/15) for a return call...none was received.
I phone Brad Sisernos, Marketing Director, and left my information on complaint and my contact info and requested a phone call to discuss the false representations made to us and lack of customer service by everyone I spoke with at that so call travel agency.
