On May 4, 2015 I received a decline on a lending application for the business I was attempting to get financed. As an Independant Sales Organization I have a contract with Ironwood Finance to submit loan applications for business owners seeking to obtain financing. The contract is as good as the people behind the contract of course. In the case of Ironwood finance owner Kevin Donahue ([email protected]) and as far as I can tell Kevin Donahue located at 5656 South Staples Suite 300, Corpus Christi also is owner of Mogul Development Group LLC out of TX. I submitted the application before May 4 and May the 4th 2015 was the day the business was declined by employee Kassandra Duke ([email protected]). Ironwood went ahead and contacted the business owner my cilent without my approval, consent, or knowledge and offered the business $8,000 of funding with a contract only 2 weeks later on May 21, 2015. To date they have never paid me any commission for bringing this business to Ironwood Finance. Apparently, I will broadly assume that they receive business applications from Brokers, turn them down, then contact the business owner direct without the knowledge of the Broker as in my case. THIS IS A BAD AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE ONLY CONTINUED WITH DISHONESTY!!!!!!! BROKER'S BEWARE YOU HAVE THUS BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!
