This company was good at first. I did several online studies with them, and they actually paid me what they said. However the last time which was recently they gave me a huge run around, and have not paid me as of yet. I contacted this company and they had a different excuse every time. They kept telling me to wait for several business days, and then it was they were having tech difficulties!!! All they ever could say was we apologize, and it shouldn't happen again. They wanted me to know that the tech issue was something they could not control.
I did a 90 minute interactive session with a moderator on Sept. 22 2014 for a promised $35 paypal payment by 6 weeks. I answered EVERY question for 90 minutes. When 6 weeks came I contacted them about payment & they said "we don't know when you will receive it" , REALLY??? How ignorant does that sound for a supposed top research firm to not know when they will have the money to pay? Anyway I gave it another week, at 7 weeks contacted them again to be told wait 3 more days, 3 days came, I called & all of the sudden NO ONE answers the phones, no operator, which I spoke to the week before & the day before, now no one is there, how strange. I called all day & no one answered ( I think they have caller I.D.) therefore they might have known I was calling them & ignored me. Then I emailed them & they told me that I only answered 46% of the questions!!! SO now I cannot get paid because "I didn't answer all of the questions". I can tell you as a matter of fact that I answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION THEY POSTED!!!!! They are one of the worst scammers out there, I have heard of numerous people like myself spending 60-90 minutes in vain doing there chat/surveys only to never get paid. I advise all to leave them alone. they RIP YOU OFF. Yes you might get paid on some of their surveys, I had in the past, but why take a chance on spending an hour or more to possibly not get paid, I will never again with them. I think they have changed for the worse.
I did a study for them in april and was told that I would get a payment 8 weeks from the date. It's 9 weeks from the date and still nothing. I wasted 90 minutes for nothing. I contacted them and they never responded. I want my payment!!!
I have done surveys with them in the past and had no problem. but In January of this year I did one for them waited the eight weeks to get paid than sent them an email about it. they told me that the payment was being delayed. this went on and on every couple weeks until on may 21 2016 after nagging the hell out of them for almost four months they finally paid me. but it gets worse I also completed another one on April 27 2016 and after waiting the eight weeks I sent them email about my pay. they had the nerve to tell me that they have no record of me participating in that survey. even thou I sent them a screen shot of the survey end page and one of the confirmation of completion of the survey email they sent me. I keep trying to email them and keep they ignoring me. I even tried calling the number and nobody would answer. these people are fucking garbage and something should be done about them.
Did a 120min research study, gave out sensitive info and personal details. NOT HAPPY. Needed the money, told it'd take 8 weeks, waited, no pay, emailed support, they say there's a delay, no reason or info on how long. All emails since have been ignored. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT RISK IT. Find money elsewhere.

Received email for an online research seasion in regards to their Juniper client and cloud computing services , Wayne was the moderateor , this 90 minute discussion session promissed 50$ depsited into your paypal account as soon as session was completed .
As soon as the session started the red flags went off as moderator Wayne asked everyone to prepare their Alaska Airlines miles club number to get the miles at the end of the session but after people confirmed online that they were promised 50$ via paypal deposit he promptly agreed to it .
Session lasted 90 minutes and was very involved as it required to read their slides and participate in the ongoing discussion , as soon as we received the last slide Mr. Wayne thanked us for participation and promptly ended the session without confirming a way to be reimbursed for what was promised . Invoke research list their company number on their website which no one ever answers , I've sent en email requesting a clarification and payment and received no response . This is a scam and if you like to waste your 90 minutes on the free research go ahead but you are not getting paid .......
