Interesting. I did not complete my order (by paying) with invies.com but I recieved 3 emails. One email confirming my order and giving me a link back to their website to pay. I am extremely suspicious of a company that only accepts Play Staion Codes as payment. This email states I can pay with VISA etc

Also, I checked out their FAQ and watched the video of why we should pay using Play Station or Amazon. I clicked on the Amazon video and it stated it had been removed because of copyright (i think) issues.

Not willing to take a chance on this mystery company

I totally agree

I am doing the same thing you are. I was about to check out on Invies and told to go to Amazon to buy the PSN 50 gift card. Then I searched for an answer on Amazon as if the card could be used on Invies. NOPE. What the heck. I feel scammed and I also received the emails that said I ordered with an order number. Thats messed up! Irritated

Proof it's a scam!!

I also did NOT pay but contacted Amazon. They emailed the below response after they "researched" the question:

Hello Rick,

I have looked into the website you were inquiring about invies.com and I have found this site to be fraudulent.

With websites that use Checkout By Amazon the only time you would have to enter in your information would be through Amazon's secure servers, where this website requires you to fill out a long form before you can proceed to check out.

I have also found that this website requests payments to be made in the form of Play Station Network cards. This is not an accepted payment method on Amazon.com or Amazon Payments and any Play Station Network cards that are purchased on Amazon's website for a transaction with this website or other fraudulent website will not be refundable nor will any transaction using the Play Station Network cards be covered by Amazon's A-Z guarantee.

I hope this information helps!

Best regards,

Brittany B.

Invies is a scam

On November 11th 2014 I bought a blender and paid through Amazon for a game card as payment.....Received e-mails like the other people on this site....Invies would not return my e-mails...Finally no product had been received......I contacted Amazon. Amazon could not help me but gave me the number for Sony.....I contacted Sony and explained how I had been scammed........I gave them the game code and they checked it had been activated on the 18th.......They would not give me any more information......I spoke with a superviser at Sony and had him cancel the game code so that who ever had it could not use it any more.........They are going to investigate this and get back to me.....I received another phone call from Amazon and they are going to post something on their site in regards to this type of scam.......Hope this helps some people avoid this type of inconvenience.......Thanks

Has items listed for quite cheap, but and says on the website that they accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. However, once you put in all your info and submit the order, a new pop-up opens instructing you to go buy PSN codes in $50 increments from Amazon.com, which you'll have to then submit and MIRACULOUSLY your item will ship to you. Righhhhhtttttttttttt.....there's absolutely no contact info at all.

SCAM

My client's order was not received . They want you to pay with $50.00 PlayStation codes, meaning you go to Amazon, purchase as many $50 codes to cover your order, then forward the codes to Invies.com and wait for your order to be shipped in two days, allegedly.

The company is not in Aurora, CO as claiming, they are in Russia and use an address in Germany and Switzerland.

Anytime an internet merchant is asking you to pay with any other than a credit card or PP, do not. Is most probably a scam

Ordered a watch November 9, 2014 and went through the process like INVIES required, go to Amazon and buy $50 PSN game code. Gave them the code and got several emails that the order was pending, then processed, then eventually (supposedly) shipped November 12. Here it is November 25 and NOTHING!!!! All of a sudden the emails stopped and I can't get in contact with INVIES!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Do not order from Invies.com. SCAM

I ordered from Invies.com on Nov 1 and got an email showing how to pay with Playstation codes immediately. I was a little skepitical and did some quick research. There were no scam reports and everything looked legit.

I got a reminder email that my order was still pending. So I went and made my purchase. I got an email on Nov 8 saying that the order was shipping soon.

Then on Nov 10th got another email saying it had been shipped and to expect it Nov 12-13.

When the order hadn't arrived by Nov 17th I replied to there email, telling them that the order had not arrived and could I have a tracking Number.

Today is Nov 20th and I haven't gotten a response back or a package. I started doing research and now see that everyone is getting scammed. I sent an email to the registered owner: Zachary Pilcher at askiing him about my order.

I am now sending a abuse report to GoDaddy.com who host this scam site. My playstation codes have been activated so I can't even use them.

Scam?

I like many I'm seeing on here for the first time today also was scammed!!

Now my question is can I get reimbursed from my credit card company?

  • Nov 13, 2014

Who are they? Most likely foreign country working angle.

Look at the site and try to figure out who and they are where they are located. Going from page to page to page you will not find any clue, There also is this girl on youtube talking about her "product" there are 4 "testimonials" and they all have almost the exact same script. "I ordered my product and it came quick and as described. No problems. Thanks invites.com" or some minor variation of it. Since the company is posting the testimonials they are obvious fakes.

After reading many other reported experiences about invies.com, I felt compelled to offer my own account. This is a totally bogus company. I had the very same experience as described by other reports ... ordered incredibly low-priced merchandise (mine was 2 Whirlpool Wispure air purifiers @ $50 each) paid via amazon P50 credits. Order acknowledgement (with NO confirmation or tracking numbers). Notice of approximate shipping dates and then POOF! The same disappearing act. I offer this suggestion: file a report with: stopfraud.gov/report.html. I did and received an acknowkedgement within 48 hours. If enough people file complaints, there's a chance these thieves will be pursued by the appropriate governmental agency.

Found a portable ice maker much cheaper through Invies.com. Order on December 2. Order was supposed processed and would be delivered Dec. 8-11. Had to pay through an Amazon code.

Replies to email came back undeliverable. Now the website is unavailble. Website is through GoDaddy.com. Contacted them but they must have a court order to release info about who has this site.

I was searching for a great deal for a camera the internet and came across this website called Invies.com. They seemed to have hundreds of products for sale at good/great prices, then I came across the camera I wanted and it was listed for $50. I selected the camera for purchase. A pop-up window came up and I was told to go to Amazon and purchase a $50 gift code, I thought this was unusal but proceeded anyway thinking this camera was typically $500 and they may have accidently made a typing mistake and I might get lucky and the purchase would go through. I purchased the gift code and put in the code at invies.com. I even received a confirmation that my purchase was shipped however, there was no contact info. What seems to be too good to be true, often is. I never received the camera i ordered.

  • Dec 22, 2014

I should have known better, but I was taken just like many others. First off, the price was too good to be true. Next, payment by going to Amazon to purchase a gift card should set off red flags too.

Upon placing my order a received a confirmation that the order had been placed (Nov 23rd). Shortly thereafter, I received a notice stating that my order had been shipped (Nov 29th). It took 6 days for the order to process, for some strange reason! The email said that the order would be delivered by Dec 2nd. I still don't have it. I have sent numerous emails with no response. There is no phone number to call either. I hope that these crooks get what's coming to them.

Lesson learned!

Ripoff

Website no longer active, emails bounced back as undeliverable. Complete scam.

Invies Scammers via Amazon Cards

I was scammed as well. If I would of just followed my Mother's saying. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I would think Amazon would put a stop to this somehow. When I saw Amazon, I knew this had to be reputable due to their outstanding reputation. Invies is using them to scam us all.

  • Dec 17, 2014

TOTAL SCAM

I also was naive enough to make a purchase on this site and never recieved the items I purchased and now do not expect them. It is really sad that people would do this especially around the holidays. My order was presents for my kids and now I have to go and purchase something else. While I can absorb the loss there are alot of individuals that cannot at this time of the year.It is going to ruin some peoples christmas. I wish there was some kind of recourse we could take but sadly there is not. You can call Amazon , Sony, godaddy ect but I do not see how they can really help. They do not tell you order is shipped until the code is activitaed and by then too late. As you paid for the codes through Amazon and recieved what you purchased through them really no way to get it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dec 17, 2014

Purchased 50 dollar sony playstation card from amazon to pay for a Yamaha YPG-235 76 key portable grand piano premium pack on 30 Nov 2014 received email saying payment was confirmed and item was shipped and would arrive between 7 and 10 Dec 2014 it is now 16 Dec and item has not been received yet.

  • Dec 17, 2014

I ordered a free standing mixer on Dec 1st from Invites.com and they told me it should arrive by Dec 8 - 11.

When I did not received my Dec 12th I tried to notify to find out when I could recieve my mixer, as it was a Christimas Present for my sister, but after responding the their email address - Invies.com - my message failed.

Then I started looking on the internet for Invies information or phone number but there wasn't anything, then I came across the "Rip Off Report" from other people who had been ripped of from Invies.com.

They asked me to pay through Amazon.Com using voucher numbers. Couldn't figure that out for awhile then I did. Payed Amazon with a credit card, now I'm out $50.00.

I bought an aparntment/travel tailer washing machine that goes in or near the sink. Delivery date was between the 9th and 12th of dec. Its now the 15th. Went to email support at [email protected] and it bounced back. Went to the website and its down. Being disabled it took me 4 months to save the 50.00 for the machine and its not arrived and now i need to save up again. Being on a limited income, this machine would have saved me an avarage of 22.00 a month at the laundry mat. I know its not a whole lot, but for me it is. I bought the machine using the playstation purchess on amazon which i now found out it was a total scam

Thank you for listening to my rant

I got taken for $50 just like everyone else on this site

I bought the $50 card and got nothing in return. It was for Christmas. The people running this site are scammers and bottom feeders with no heart and no regrets. It was a huge chunk of my Christmas budget and because of their scam, my loved ones will be going without.

Well, I guess I was desparate for a cheap computer. Everything in my soul said dont order, I guess I was just fliltering the need for 2 inexpensive computers for my kids. They were high end or even new models so I thought it was reasonable that they would sell them for 50.00 each. Its almost a month now and they wont email back in regards to item not received, tracking etc. Cant say I wasnt warned by this site. The bad is on me now Im out 100.00. Ill post if I actually received the items.

  • Dec 12, 2014

Company places product adds at discounted prices on web sites such as Bizrate .com, adds are identical to other adds of reputable companies for identical products. When I placed my order and selected credit card payment I was redirected to instructions that payment must be made thru Play Station Creit Numbers, they provided a link to Amazon .com where I purchased a $50.00 credit number. I entered that number in the appropriate block on the order form and submitted. I receive notification that payment was receive and to expect delivery by 2 Dec. When delivery did not occur by 7 Dec I began sending inquires to [email protected]. No reply has been received. Isearced the web for scam alerts about this company and found this page. I also wrote to Amazon and requested the alert customers not to purchase Play Station Credits for anything other than Play Station products.

  • Dec 12, 2014

I AM SO STUPID AND WILL NOT ORDER A PRODUCT ONLINE AGAIN UNLESS I'VE BEEN TO AN ACTUAL PHYSICAL STORE.

11/23 I ORDERED $50 MICROWAVE AND PAID WITH PLAYSTATION GIFT CARD. THE PRODUCT SHOWS IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED BUT I'M 99 PERCENT SURE I WILL NEVER RECEIVE.

  • Dec 11, 2014

My wife placed an order with invies for luggage. The price was (after discount) $50. Upon the completion of online billing (with a prominently displayed credit card logo) she received Email instructions to purchase (non-refundable) playstation codes. Upon reciving the confirmation code, the order with their company would be processed.

This technique is an internet scam, and is, (completely illegal), also mail fraud. Customers rarely get anything for rheir money, and tracing their order is almost impossible!

$50 is not going to end world hunger, but, i contacted the Colorado Attorney General's office and filed a formal complaint.

I am sure that boyh Amazon.com, the card company (visa) as well as playstation, are not going to do much to prevent this scam from happening.

WORD FOR THE WISE? If you are redirected to another website after completing an online form, or redirected to purchase ANYTHING, other than the goods that you want, be advised that it is possibly a scam!

Same story. Paid with ps2 code, received email item had shipped and 2 weeks later no item and no response from customer service. Do not order from them. I feel pretty stupid right now. Why can't they be shut down?

  • Dec 1, 2014

Ordered two items from invies on October 30, received email confirmations for order, payment, processing, and shipping with no tracking number given. Email confirmation for shipping reported my stuff would be delivered by November 12.

On November 20 I sent an email requesting tracking information or a refund. I have received neither a refund, tracking information, nor my two items by today November 30, 2014. I made the purchase through Google shopping, after checkng Better Business Bureau, and any ripoff or scam facts. I used Amazon to pay for my items with play station codes. The price I paid for both items was about 50% of Street price.

CONFIRMED INVIES.COM IS A SCAM

I too got suckered into ordering by the low prices offered for a portable heater and payed the only way possible with a $50 playstation code purchased by amazon. Unfortunately, when I bought my item all the reviews that existed online were obviously staged and were positive. Emails aren't returned and it's been a month with no product arriving. I can't believe these assholes.

stupid shit!

This shits a total scam don't use it.

  • Nov 27, 2014

COMPLETE TOTAL SCAM!!!

I, too, as many above fell victim to this scam and am really upset. I researched it as I felt a little uncomfortable with the payment process but found nothing negative at the time except good reviews just the shipping was slow. I placed my order 11/2 and was sent the probably canned emails that it was pending, then processing, preparing for shipment, and then shipped on 11/10 and to be received by 11/12. Now here we are on 11/27 and nothing. I have sent numerous emails and no response. I should have known better and could kick myself now. Oh well, lesson learned. If it appears to go to be to true it probably is not. Something should be done to stop these crooks taking advantage of trusting souls!!

  • Nov 27, 2014

wow. almost got tricked.

thanks to scamorg.com and posters here I did not purchase playstation codes. this is actually a well concocted scam to fund playstation dollars. the site is well written and the site navigation for invies is rather intuitive. and yahoo.com reviews has a thread where seemingly random "customers" of invies testifies to having legitimate services from invies. very elaborate scam...I almost fell for it. thanks invies.com for teaching me how tricky smart people can be. I hope no one else gets caught.
