Quickbooks online has advertised invoicing and fast payments of customers. They received a very large payments that were invoiced through Quickbooks online over $40,000.00. We received a payment received notice from Quickbooks online and released the paid for product to the customer. Three days went past and the money was still not in our bank account. Five days went past NO MONEY in our bank account. It's been over 20 Days and we received your account was closed due to security risk. We filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, The FBI, The Securities and Exchange Commission and our States Attorney Generals office. This company has done this to several other businesses as well and I will not let one more business get hurt by this ruthless greed driven company. Investors of this business should run as you may be implicated in a fraud as well. We will be filing a class action lawsuit to get our money as well as damages for our business ( Now Closed) and any other business that has had this happen to them. There are several bad reports about them taking unearned funds, cancellation fees, and credit cards charged and not reimbursed. Run away as fast as you can from Quickbooks and any Intuit owned products. Thieves!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN GOOD CREDIT!! These people are highly intelligent scam artists. I have no idea how they remain in business! I applied for an account with Intuit when I had opened up my business years ago. Back then I found another comparable company with much better rates. I had cancelled intuit shortly after I opened an account with them and I assumed everything was fine since they never informed me about any cancellation fees owed. Two years later I received a debt collection notice for over $200!!! I was extremely horrified! I told them I am a single mother with 4 children and have decided to go back to college and finish my degree. There's is no way in h*ll I can afford to pay that nor do I think it is a fair bill. THEY COULD CARE LESS! To all you business owners out there, take my review SERIOUS and the other hundreds of unsatisfied customers. Do your due diligence and take your business elsewhere! TRUST ME! The rep said intuit is a multi-million dollar company and that my review won't matter. Oh yeah? If you folks are making MILLIONS, why harrass a struggling single mother who can barely afford to feed her children? Well guess what INTUIT? This review is going on at least 10 different blog sites including ripoff report.com, scam.com, and even the local news in your area!!!! Thanks for ruining my immaculate credit!! Karma is REAL.
