Jesse Zuniga, the general manager, of Intown Suites of Aurora has a scam going on which the home office is apparently endorsing. He is evicting people who paid a week in advance for their rooms if they complain and have a problem such as roaches, bed bugs, non-working airconditioning in the hot weather, problems with prostitutes working the property, and drug dealers doing their business at all hours of the day and night. He then re-rents the room for cash and puts a drug dealer or prostitute in the room. The home office will not respond to phone calls or e-mails. They will not refund money on pre-paid room. A blog was put out about this on Craigslist and several people responded included a former employee confirming this activity which I witnessed first hand. Jesse Zuniga is a disgrace to Intown Suites of Aurora with how he is managing their business. Intown Suites does not care about their building in Aurora or how their customers are treated.
I was evicted and promised refund on days I had paid for by Jesse Zuniga because I had issues with bedbugs in my room. Refund never received on my card. InTown Suites customer service never returned my calls. Worst place I have ever stayed at.
This place is run like a prison as well, they say know pets right, theres lots of dogs living here,i ask the manager and he said it was ok if they were service dogs or companion dogs, right.the other day i seen a dog barking and tried to bite some one,the woman could bearly hold the dog back, she told the guy that was trying to get out door i'm sorry.thats not half the things that go on.well any way i been staying here 6 months,my check come in the mail,it was one day late,so i was locked out of my room for a night, they gave me 20 min.to get what i needed,so i grabed a few things,so i had know where to stay, the general manager said ther was nothing he could do.i left every thing in the room, when i payed them the next day they said since i moved out i lost my deposit and my tax break.i was paying 300.05 a week,it cost me 432.47 to be let back in.i tried to call there main office but the never call me back.
I've been ripoff by my employer Ms.Ruth at Intown suites she didn't account many of my hours. I was paid for 20hrs so i called payroll they say I was accounted for 18hrs but my check was for 20hrs I was short 9hrs in all actuallity.
