My family and moved here Nov. 2013 in order to save money to open a store. I opened the store and noticed I had merchandise missing. I told the manager Jon at the time and assured me that he would talk to housekeeping (they just hired new housekeeping) and get my things recovered. nothing happen. He has a history of being a liar... Someone slashed my tires on two separate occasions. I have a police report. He stated to myself and the officer that he would get cameras all around the premise. Still to this day are no cameras. I'm not the only victim to this crime, it seems like every week almost someone had a flat tire here.
I called customer service and never receive a call back. House keeping refuse to vacuum if the floor is dirty, refuses to empty trash if there's trash in the garbage can, i called myself helping out by taking the covers off the bed and putting them in a pile at the end of the bed so she could just pick them up.
get home there still in the same spot with a letter stating my room is too dirty to clean. I took multiple pictures to show the room and I wish I could upload it. I've seen this particular housekeeper on multiple occasions stand up talking for hours, then comes to my room last...my room is always last when it's time for her to go home. She always comes up with a reason not to do it.
The pervious housekeeper would use an actual mop and mop the floor instead of using the same towel she cleaned the bathroom to mop the kitchen, the previous housekeeper would wipe around and spray the window, vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe tables, and counters. This lady refuses. I believe she does this since I told the previous manager Jon she stole my items. She never said anything about my room being too dirty while Jon was manager...but they hired a new one Ron and she felt now since he doesn't know anything she can take advantage.
She has went through my clothes claiming their sheets were at the bottom of the pile. I get home my clothes are sitting on the couch instead of the corner and my room wasn't cleaned. i spome to Ron and asked how can he allow her to ramble through my clothes(inventory for my store) and not clean the room. i put all of their sheets in a pile on the bed that was untouchEd. He claimed oh she doesn't speak English she doesn't know. My husband speaks Spanish and told her mulitpe times do not mess with our inventory.

- this particular housekeeper went around to all the staff and guest to tell them how nasty we were. Told Ron, nothing was done.
- I was out of a stove for four weeks
- I woke up to toilet water on the floor...told Jon. He state he would get someone to get the water up with a steam cleaner. He didn't. I had to use the shower curtain to walk on until it dried up weeks later.
- they moved me to a different room without giving me prior notice
My wife and i stayed at 3750 satellite Boulevard Duluth Georgia 30096 approximately 6 months we stared having problems around our fith mounth of being there we had people threaten our lives people try to sell us drug we notified the manager and he said i do not care then we were wrongfuly put out in the scorching heat we also cleaned the room b4 we left and the manager refused to give us our deposit back.
