They ask you to stay in the WHOLE DAY for collection and for 2 days - even after an email confirmation of collection
THEY FAILED !!!!!!!!

MY CUSTOMER IS UPSET
I LOST TIME
I LOST MONEY
AND THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN
