I was trying to help my son find a job in California. The internet advertisement said the Postal Service was hiring people in all 50 states. It further stated that they could help you by giving you training to take the test. If you score higher on the test you would be hired sooner than others.
There was a one time charge of $39.95 to get the information on how to take the test to get a better score. Sample tests were included. They also suggested taking the sample test several times to get betterr at taking the test so you can score higher.
Foolishly I filled in the information with my sons name and email address so they would send it to him. He could not afford to pay the $39.95 himself so I ordered the information for him. He did not even know that I was going to do this. I was going to surprise him with this help.
When it came to the section to pay I put in my credit card number and after it went through there appeared a page with all kinds of downloadable information which said it was what I had just paid for. I did not open the down loads or try to down load them. The information was't meant to come to me. I had given them my sons email address.
When I tried to call it said that they were busy and would have to call me ack. I tried several times with the same result.
When I put in the email address to send them my complaint in wrting I got to this rip off report form. I guess that means that I am out $39.95 and my son will not be getting a job with the Postal Service either.
I paid $39.95 to internet training products for a service they falsely advertise . wen in fact they are solicited postal products and not the actual exam. The product is no use to me because the money I paid to them was to pay for the exam. To add insult to injury there is a probem with the download. I repeated called and left messages for a refund aslas well as sent a email and haven't gotten no response from these people. My next step is to make a report on them to the BBB. I want my refumd.
I was interested in receiving the study materials for taking the US. Postal exams.
I requested AND PAID for this information.
I received an E-Mail thanking me for my order however I was NEVER able to download the information requested. I have the proper ADOBE file on my computer and is updated regularly.
My bank statement shows that this company received their funds from my account.......I however NEVER received my requested
