The management appears to foster a culture of failed communication and extraordinary wastefulness they attempted to pass off to us in the form of padded and/or inflated billing. Efforts to address our concerns to management were met with such a level of bullying and rudeness that they guaranteed not only a loss of our business but the bottom of the barrel rating among colleagues.

They routinely lose your papers, take weeks to serve people, never file the Affidavits of Service, overcharge in the hundreds of dollars for hidden charges, are rude on the phone, bully their customers, and are totally incompetent. Avoid these losers and file a complaint with the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, and the NYS Department of State Licensing Division if they screw you over.
