Instaramp manufacturer Robin New (aka Octopus Manufacturing, New Wakeskates, Robinnew.com) and business partner George Evans failed to complete our contracted work order. Instead of delivering our promised order, they held our $4500 for 5 WEEKS and used the money to fund another ramp for THEIR OWN BUSINESS. The product that was funded by us is now known as instaramp 2.0.
Very unprofessional and unethical business practice. It's a shame that people like them have to make a living by decieving others. Per the Fair Credit Billing Act, they still owe us $50 for interest.
I was in negotiations with another builder that they had a falling out with previously. I believe they wanted to tie up our money so I would not do business with their competitor and so I would not become competition with them.
