Called them. Told them the truth. I am from Oregon. A small state with two U. S. Senators. When I have any problems with any entity connected to the FCC, I do this. Airlines, banks, interstate business, etc. My Senators love to help. It isn't political, keeps their voters happy and sees justice done.
If I have any debit to them on my bank statement, a call to my Senator will be my next move. Of course, I was serious.
They are sending me an email, removing any and all charges and closing the "" account"".
