I purchased from Instant Auto on 5102 North Keystone Ave. Indianapolis, Indiana 46205 June 3rd 2015 and went back in the following week because the check engine light came on and the car kept jerking with decreasing speed only after a week,June 10th I text the sales rep letting him know about the light coming on and the jerking. When I spoke with the sales rep Jeremey he said it was the gas cap. I left but the car kept doing the same thing and I took it to my mechanic, meineken, and aamco.
And there is something major wrong with the transmission they advised. June 23, While on the highway the car is jerking constantly and speed decreases and the car rings this loud whinning noise wouldn't let me go past 20 miles per hour and the thermostat light comes on and the car is jerking and stops. I get it to the gas station and immediately car the dealer as he explains he explains that there is nothing he can do.
After being stranded on the side of the road in 90 degree weather for almost 4 hours waiting for a tow and on the phone with my insurance company and not getting home until 1 am in the morning and having to go to work, I attempted my best to get the car up to the dealership after the whinning noise continuous and the car keeps overheating and the sales person says the manager is not there but he called him on the phone. The manager Nathan he says is at the other location on lafayette road and advised the sales rep that he is not going to give me my money back which is false because I am still protected under the lemon law and I demand my money back or part of it.
He says I can do a voluntary repossession and he is not giving me my money back. I am within 30 days of purchase on the vehicle and was advised them of the issues the following week and since I had the car have taken it to three different mechanics that said it's a lemon. They are refusing to give me my money back or at least a portion and for him to suggests I mess up my credit by doing a reposession further shows me the type of low life practices this company supports. It hasn't even been a month and I am countlessly either jerking around the car or getting it towed or it is in a mechanic shop. THIS PLACE IS SCUM, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE VERY TERRIBLE TO NOT ATTEMPT. THEIR WARRANTY FORCES THE BUYER TO PAY FOR 50% OF THE REPAIRS AND FOR THEM TO KNOW I HAVE BEEN UP THERE WITH ISSUES ON THE CAR SINCE WEEK ON THIS IS MALACIOUS PRACTICE. BUYERS BEWARE. THEY ARE MORE REPUTABLE PLACES.
