I have been a member for years, but never got much money. Lately nothing I do gets credited. I tried to use a point booster coffee, but they won't credit booster codes unless you've earned credits in the last five days. They're not approving anything I do. How am I supposed to earn credits?
after earning points they banned me for "automation/fraud", I have no idea how to even do that, but after doing some looking around seems like the way they operate, let people earn for them, refuse to pay, then BAN! bad site shady operators. so just know eventually you will be banned.
I joined instaGC.com on 9/13/2013 because it looked like a good website that I could earn some additional cash from. It turned out the site was legit then, but I stopped earning cash on instaGC and went to another website that I have earned over $110 from. I recently started back on instaGC on Easter weekend 4/3/2015-4/5/2015.
I have never had a problem out of instaGC until now. The problem started after I had earned $10.00 in 2 days using my valuable time and information on surveys and sign up offers. I then made the mistake by saying in the shoutbox to a moderator, "I don't know if it is okay, but I used a fakenamegenerator on a signup offer." The sign up offer gave me 25 points which was 25 cents. I then go to the donations page, and I was going to donate a penny to the instaGC Staff Appreciation donation (I also like to donate to St Jude.). After I tried to donate to their own staff, it gave me an error message saying that there has been a recent change to my account and I need to enter in a PIN number.
So I entered in my PIN number. It then told me I could continue doing what I was doing. So I tried to donate again, but it didn't let me. So I went and tried to post in the shoutbox and let a mod know it still didn't work but it then said my account was blocked from the shoutbox.
I then submitted a support ticket (I have all the support ticket replies from me and instaGC attached to this report) and they later took away 600 points from me which is equal to $6.00 when I only got 25 points/$0.25 from that offer. So I got upset about it and messaged them back to reconsider and they said, "We'll go ahead and close your account out. Take Care."
The whole 2 days around 3-4 hours per day of me spending my valuable time and information such as house address, name, phone number, etc I lose all $10.00 of my money that I personally earned and got my account banned.
**where points are issued for completing these offers;
**which are redeemed on their site for gift cards
that had not credited. They take an extremely oblivious and careless attitude toward any complaint. Their ticket response is template and boilerplate, as will be their response to this report, likely accusing me of fraud. You will work for less than $1/hour in doing these offers, surveys, tasks, trials, etc they have on their aite. But they claim to not control crediting (it occurs on their site, so how do they NOT), and, do they really think if someone invested all of the time the first time completing, they should repeat it for the likelihood of not crediting again the second?
Below is the conversation from the ticket.
Hello
I have several offers that completed but never credited. Specifically,
Toluna;
RewardTV Trivia; and
ConsumerInput.
I understand typically after 4 days you say to do them again, but it is a waste having to have to repeat them if it never credited the first time. i dont want to put in another 90 minutes between them all again for it to not go thru again. Quite truthfullly, surveys, app signuit is a waste having to have to repeat them. these are 4-5 days after doing them. i dont want to put in another 90 minutes between them for it to not go thru again.Truthfully, completing 30+ minutes surveys and app signups and trivia games arent that exciting.
Nevertheless, I have the confirmation emails that these were successful completions. I placed them all in one ticket (hopefully this was the appropriate way to do this; I just didn't think 4.open tickets would be better than one). If necessary when a response initiated, I will be happy to forward those to you.
Thank you in advance for your assistance, and may you have a wonderful day.

I contacted these people AGAIN about offers
