All of the above comments are true. No matter what they say, they don't pay. You can have a contract in place, have a written agreement from the owner Joe, submit all paperwork with sign offs, use the IVR system and even have photos and you will get nothing. You can have read receipts for emails, a long list of documented phone calls, and everyone is just so rude. The answers are always, I only cut the checks after they are approved. You never get an actual response from the owner, because he is too busy living the life in his boat at the Jersey Shore...check him out...he doesn't hide it on any of his social media pages. All the good reviews are from employees and his family. He had his high school daughter right a positive review on Google. HIGH SCHOOL. Sad. Just pay your vendors.
This company is the mother of all run arounds there bs is unreal I have an invoice that is almost a year old same answer they didn't get paid yet I finally stayed on hold for close to an hour and then got the old Talk to corp & will mail your check out Monday

Tammy Thigpen I was contacted in Sept to bid parking lot maintenance on three Napa stores in Wash. sent contracts received po back jumped thru all there hoops submitted all paper work on time they reduced my contract amout by over two thousand dollars and still have not been payed the full amount I am still holding the checks for a partial amount. I dont know if I shoud cash them or not. If any one has any ideas please let me know. little egg harbor New Jersey
This company contacts you to do repairs in your area and then doesn't pay you. They make excuses about timeliness of paperwork, etc. Then they refuse to call you back or answer your calls. When you appeal to the people where you did the repairs they say they paid Innovative.
After doing the JOb, They avoided payment. saying i dint fill out paper work. Next excuse was i was to high, even after we agreed on a price. At the End Payed 1/2 of what was originally ageed on. I had no complaint from the customer.
JOE the president cussed me out, said i was a piece of "pooh" (but in a vulger way)
I got succered, make sure you dont get succered!!!
Ashley first contacted our company. Telling me they were reputable and need a repair tech at one of their stores immediately. She said the job will pay 45 days later, And rest assure i will get paid. Has been over two months allready... Tammy P. says its our faults cause we didnt fax in the invoices on time. (I faxed them 2x already, they ignore them. I know this cause we've faxed in over 20 invoices and each was the same excuse)
While on the job we need to call in and get "repair amount Approval" "DNE". One price is agreed upon, and so not to charge extra service fees they request to fix it on the spot immediately as so to impress the customer. Back at the office corrections are attempted to be made to correct the DNE. Ashley in many casses was professional and corrected about 70% but about 30% of them were not corrected. And out of the Blue She does not work there anylonger. Next was Joanne, then Megan, then brian, Kelly, Tammy, Stanley Zdon. All spoke nice but were unwilling to correct the DNE Mistakes, Lowering our invoice by 50%-70% of the original amount agreed upon..
We put a stop to doing business with them after 45 days had passed and no check was recieved. In fact, Tammy's remark was "I dont have you in my system, I dont even know who you are?" A few days prior Doreen Answered the phone and said. "We have a check for you?"
This has been going none stop. Still not a single check received and they are ignoring us, putting us on hold and waiting until i hang up.
