We changed account numbers and sent in a DBA change form this took them two working weeks to change this over in that time automatic funding did not go threw and we recieved a chargback and this outfit was informed because they still did not change the account number over. When they finaly did change it over ther wer peniltys attached to it that then put it into collections and then diverted all funds from my account to go into collections. we call several times a day and have spoke with 20 different people over this matter. does not help each person says it will be 24 to 48 hrs away starting OCT 8th it is now the third of dec and still nothing is hitting our bank. i should have stopped the terminal and got a new provider at that point and let them sit and figure it out if they can. This is how you put a small business out of business. EMPS services is a bucket shop and do not recomend them. This is one of those computer run companys and when something goes wrong they all stand around and look at each other and say im just here for the paycheck call the IT guy and set up a repair. this is Unbelieveable
