I placed a order for a pair of harlem denim jeans (pre-order) the end of december and it is now the end of april and I have not recieved my jeans. After leaving posts on instagram and emailing Felicia Lowe she stated she would refund my money and I haven't recieved it yet. she never stated WHY I didn't get my order in the first place. She needs to be in court!
Placed an order as well and keep getting run around. Sorry for delay, or item will be shipped in 1 week etc, a bunch of bull. Placed my order November 12th just so I could get item in time enough for my event Thanksgiving Night. I've posted on her ig page, she blocked me. Email her and called customer service number it goes to voicemail. Here it is December and still no dress
Don't ever order from this website. I purchased something back in August. I tried contacting her via email, phone and even through IG posts. I was promised that my order would be shipped. All lies. I posted on her IG again saying that I want a refund and got blocked.
Don't let the cute items fool you. You will get ripped off.
