The Owner of this company Brandon Clyde is a crook. This crook with lewer homeowners into believeing they are recieving a free security system at no charge to the consumer what so ever. However I worked for this company for years and there is charges. You have a monthly mantenance fee also a instalation fee and if your credit dosen't qualify then you have to pay a huge deposit just to have the system installed. He also auto renew's your contract's once they have expiered without your consent he also sales outside of the idaho
network such as washington and he is insn't even licensed with those state's to even sale in there community Illegally. Would you want to trust someone who is a caniving and disloyal to not only his consumers but to also his employees. He underpays his employees and to get under those regulations he uses the fact that Idaho is a right to work state. They are not even close to being payed to what there potential is and when his company is not able to maintain payroll he just makes up some bogus excuse to fire them then screw them over on there unemployed by having
them sign a form stating that if they are hired they are not allowed to file an unemployment claim if they are discharged no matter how long they have been with the company. One employee had a desk fall on his foot which caused him to have a massive contusion on his foot and Mr Clyde actually called him and told him that he didn't want him to file a workman comps claim and that he would settle with the employee in person. He didn't even come through with his promise and the employee was stuck paying for a $800 Medical bill and wasn't even given any time off so he could heal. This man is a crook and it makes me sick to even think that
this man makes homeowners feel that they are getting the best deal around which in all actuallity they are being scammed by the biggest scammer in town. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE A VICTIM OF HIS LIES. HE DOES ALL KINDS OF TAX FRAUD, CONTRACT FRAUD AND HE EVEN UNDERPAYS HIS EMPLOYEES AND THEN WRITES OFF A LOT OF PERSONAL EXPENSES ON HIS BUSINESS TAXES IN ORDER TO AVOID HAVING TO PAY FOR THEM. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER GETTING A SECURITY SYSTEM FROM THIS COMPANY AS SOON AS THEY CALL YOU HANG UP AND REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
