Ordered covers for my boat. Impossibly slow, never returned calls. Finally, after giving up, the covers arrived six months late. They charged my card the minute I ordered but didn't deliver for six months. Don't deal with them.
Indy Canvas advertises as a high quality canvas maker for things such as sail covers, biminis and other canvas accessories for boats. The claim to be highly responsive customer service and the "Fastest response time in the industry". Neither of these statements is true.
I ordered canvas goods from IndyCanvas have received nothing even though they charged my credit card for the full amount of the sale. They do not answer their phone, they do not respond to voice mails. If you happen to get their receptionist on the phone (highly unlikely) she states that she does not have access to the order information and someone will need to get back to you. However, no one ever calls back.
A quick check of the South Carolina Court records shows that American Express Centurion Bank is suing for non-payment of a debt. Also, the principal seems to have had a few brushes with law enforcement.
Stay far away from these folks. I am taking my lumps, losing the money and will have to have another canvas maker do the work. I am also filing a complaint with the South Carolina AG's office to investigate consumer fraud.
