This owner of this company is a thief and con artist. Took my money but refuses to refund me or deliver the goods I purchased. 10+ emails/facebook messages and no replies. Department of fair trade have been involved and she has lied to them aswell. Still no solution. Be smart and buy elsewhere. This thief is not worth the oxygen she breathes.

I too have been ripped of by this person!! I paid in September 2014 for a Xmas dress and have contacted her numerous times, just to be fed line after line about being let down by suppliers, ill health, but I see that she had got married and didn't look to stressed in her photos!!! She offered my store credit, so stupidly I then chose something else and now I see that her facebook page has been removed, not before she removed the message and comment sections of facebook, I guess so other poor customers saw she was ripping off so many other customers. I sent her an email and got a generic computer generated email back stating she was out of business for the benefit of her customers and that the email address would not be monitored!!

She is a total thief. I have received a number of email telling me the money would be returned by certain dates but it never arrives. She then sends out an email us to be considerate and not be mean to her. How rude and arrogant of her. She deserves every penalty that comes her way.

Rip off

I too purchases dresses and hats from this seller at the end of September and still haven't received my items or a refund. I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent to her. Most of the time they are ignored other times I get a sob story reply. So angry and I don't know what else I can do to warn others.

In September 2014 I purchased 2 dresses, it is now nearly March 2015 and still no dresses. I've heard every excuse under the sun as to why they were not arriving. Finally she agreed to stop stuffing me around after about 10 emails and give me a refund, two months after that email and about another 10 rubbish emails later, guess what? Oh surprise NO REFUND!! She is a scammer and makes her money ripping mothers off who just want to buy something nice for their kids and relatives.

Do not send this woman money!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

My story is the same as above. I purchases dresses for my daughters in Sept 2014, but never received them. I was told it was a supply issue and offered a refund in December. Despite numerous emails advising my bank details and requesting my refund I still have not received my refund. She emailed me 19 days ago to say it would be processed the following day but of course I still have not seen my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

HOW'S THIS FOR THIEVERY???

In October 2014 my wife ordered 3 girls fedoras from this site. Paid her $74.00. She wanted the hats for the girls Christmas. We didn't receive them before we left on the 9th December to the USA. Upon return, a month later, they still weren't here. We requested a refund. She offered a credit. We refused. It isn't as tho we are returning them. WE NEVER RECEIVED THEM. We will post this every day on any site we can until we are given a refund.

Ordered a dress in about November. Wanted it to arrive before Christmas. After xmas receive an email with some sob story about the suppliers of the dress and to be patient. About a month later receive an email saying she's given up on the supplier and I can either get a full refund or store credit. I asked for a refund and gave my bank details. A month later, still no refund!

Scammer Indiana Sage scammer

I also am still waiting for goods purchased early October 2014. Trying to contact the company is near impossible. This woman must be making a killing out of people who are paying for goods for their kids, and never getting them. I am very angry and will take it further. I know of a few others in the same boat. Imagine there are say another 1000 unhappy customers, and that's probably conservative, and they all spent say $50, already that would be $50,000 collected by this dishonest person!!!!

She can't be allowed to get away with this.

not happy

I paid $30 on oct 30 2014 for goods. Delays happen i understand. It is now 3 months later 3 emails back and forwards. The owner offered me a $5 voucher and store credit. She told me the items were coming in over next day or so then mine would be posted. That was 2-3weeks ago so I emailed again 4 days ago saying I would appreciate a refund & received the usual generic email no personal reply.I believe in giving everyone the benefit of the doubt but I will not purchase again.

I purchased 5 items in October 2014 as christmas gifts to my nieces. To date - 21 February 2015, I still have not received them and have not received a refund. She takes pre-orders, makes you pay upfront, and then says she will order the stock. This is how she gets your money. Please do not buy from her. You will be ripped off and not see your money again.

October 2014. I ordered 3 fedoras for my 3 daughters. Paid her $74.00. I wanted them for Christmas. We went on an overseas holiday for Christmas the 9th of December. They still hadnt arrived. We returned the 11th January, they were still undelivered. I emailed her enquiring about the status of my order. First she claimed bad suppliers. Then I got a sob story about deteriorating health. I requested a refund as they were no longer of any use to me as Christmas was long over. She offered me a store credit, which I refused. Many emails later, and sending her my bank details. NOTHING. I think we might need to bombard her site with the link to this page. Rebecca, Im not letting you keep my money.

In the same sinking boat

I too purchased items back in October, received numerous invoice demanding payment although I had proof I paid for the goods the day I ordered them. Then low and behold 5 months later I still haven't received them. She stopped answering my emails with her sob stories after I asked for a refund. Then today I receive this email:

Good morning, after much consideration I have decided to close up shop and cease trading until further notice.

I started this business in April 2012, it proved very popular and has been a great success up until recently, the last 6 months we have had numerous supply and other issues and I feel in the best interest of my customers I close up and over the next 12 months focus on my personal and health issues, posting out of current and overdue orders and processing refunds.

I have sought advice and this is the best thing for me to do. I don't wish to go into my issues but it is what I need to do. If you are waiting on current / overdue orders or a refund, you will receive them in due course. This may take me longer as I have closed up shop but it's the best thing for myself and my customers.

I am consumed with worry, stress and sadness, with 2 years of nothing but positive reviews, to struggle with illness and stock issues & more it is too much for myself and my family.

As stated above you will receive your items or refund. I do have a lot of excess stock so if you have requested a refund and would like to change for an in stock item please email with subject "change to in stock item from refund" including your size and we can send out a package with an extra.

Please don't make this any harder for me, I am struggling emotionally, and have hit rock bottom. It will take me time to get through everything but I will get through it all.

I know some of you have vented your anger online, please consider what this does to a person emotionally. I know you are frustrated but I'm doing the best I possibly can.

I think I can say goodbye to my money. Like everyone, my husband and I are hard working, we very much dislike throwing our money away, and when we are budgeting tightly like most people this sort of practice infuriates me. Where's Derryn Hinch when you need him?

Like all the others i purchased and paid for 2 dresses in sept 2014, requested a refund in jan 2015 and nothing has been received despite all the emails demanding action. I have reported her to the accc and will take this matter to the sheriff. Anyone interested in joining this venture Group action) can join the fb page indiana sage design unhappy customers

Five Stars for Perseverance!!! My husband and I bombarded her page with the same message on random posts everyday for about two weeks. They were rather quickly removed, but I am sure than more than a few of her customers saw our posts. We informed her of all the government departments that would be interested in looking into her dealings. ASIC, ATO, Centrelink. I had my refund in 4 days.

Good for you! Such as shame that you had to go to that extent to get your refund though. That would explain the follow up sob story email the rest of us received this morning! Like most of you, still waiting for a refund for dresses I ordered late in October for Christmas/Santa photos for my twins. I have not yet resorted to writing abuse on her facebook page or harassing her too much by email (I think I have sent 5 or 6 in total) but it seems to be the only way you can get results. I actually sent her quite a nice "hi just wanted to know how my refund is going" email and got the most ridiculous abusive response from her. I was quite shocked. She seems to think that she is the ONLY person with kids, who struggles for money and who has health issues. Join the queue honey! I have taken a very calm approach to all of this but enough is enough!

I have contacted Fair Trading and am waiting to see what they say! I have noticed now that she has hidden all comments people make on her page! I hope karma gets her!

Ripped off too

Same as everyone else i was ripped off. When it happened i did some digging. Vintage sistas is run by her sister! they also have another one called Gypsii Sistas. Surprise when you go to the posts to page you see more of the same thing. Stay away from them all. I eventually got my money back, but not before 5 or 6 emails (many with no response) and threats of legal action. If you're unwell and cant keep up, stop taking orders. Ignoring customers who have already paid while taking more money from new customers is a scam. plain and simple.

Making money from promotions

Indiana sage has also made a hell of a lot of money off small businesses by running illegal giveaways in closed groups. I gave her $130 to enter this giveaway only to lose the 1000 plus new likes I received because it was against FB terms and conditions. I asked to make payment via Pay pal and was told bank deposit only. Paid via bank deposit and asked for a receipt so I could use for tax purposes. Never received a receipt for my payment. I am assuming all tax free for her little pocket.

Do not give up

Qld fair trading are taking this seriously and an investigation into her fraud has commenced. Please make reports to the qld fair trading website to add evidence for the court case being built. They will also chase compensation on your behalf. No cost involved for anyone except the scammer who WILL be made to pay one way or another.

Not happy Jan

This is disgusting! I ordered pretty little bracelets 3 for $25 in October 2014 on pre order it is now mid March 2015 and I have not received the bracelets or even a refund! I had numerous emails and back and forth and kept all of them with all info and bank account details. I did not lose much but I am a stay at home mum to 3 and hubby is the only one working. I feel bad to those that have paid hundreds and got nothing in return. This is a disgrace!!!

Con Artist

If only I could give no stars. Same story as everyone else. Sent money on basis of a pre order in Sept or Oct 2014. Supplier issues were the story, finally got an email in Jan saying that she couldn't get the dress in so would we like a refund. Said it would be processed in 7 days, nothing, sent emails (at least 7 now) she sends back generic emails, no direct reply, with sob stories how she is a sahm and is doing her best etc. I have got consumer protection (in Perth), involved, she told them she would be refunding my money last week and nothing, now she isn't replying to emails. I urge EVERYONE to report her to get this disgusting woman shut down as she is still 'trading' through facebook and now hiding all the comments on her page - obviously because of this. She is a disgrace to all genuine at home businesses.

I wouldn't even give one star. Same as everyone else. Ordered a dress. She then emails to say it's not coming in due to supplier issues, months later. I've now been waiting on my refund for 2 months. She sends generic emails then never replies. I've got consumer pprotection involved and she's promised I'd be refunded but nothing. Yet is still trading on fb and now hiding comments. I urge all to report her. She's disgusting.

Same as above. $50 worth of bracelets ordered in november and still nothing. I dont see why she deserves our patience whilst she refunds our money 'in due time'. What a crock. We should all be refunded our money immediately. Whats worse is that in most of the emails she says that se products are in and will be sent. If that is the case, why doesnt she just post our damn items!! And where has all of our money gone?!!?!

She is a scammer and i for one have reported her and encourage others to do the same.

The owner of Indiana Sage Designs took my money for a dress i bought for my daughter. Told me delievery will be in 3 weeks. Never heard back. Once i contacted her via email, she advised supplier is running late. didnt hear back again for a while. Asked again and was emailed back on how upset she is with the supplier and that she can organise a refund. Advised ok for refund and supplied with account details. No refund made.. another sob story on how she does not have money for refunds and can do store credit. Also that she is a stay at home mum and has kids to look after... helloo i am a working mum who looks after my kids as well.. and i do expect to recieve goods i paid for! Never heard from her until i looked for her facebook page. Which is no longer there. Have sent emails after emails but no reply. This lady.. Bec, is a discrace to all stay at home mums. Stealing from other mums.. She should not get away with this. Thanks to her now i dont trust any small online shopping.

Wow

Can't believe all that I am reading tonight. A girlfriend and I purchased the kitty dresses for our daughters late last year.

I received an email saying it was on its way - it didn't turn up. Whilst my friend heard nothing. Then I forgot about it.

When I chased them up - they said the dresses were arriving that week and they were sorting through the orders. This email came from her admin.

Very unexpected my dress has turned up late last week missing the bonus headband. However my friends dresses are yet to arrive.

I had planned to write a bad review on her FB page about this but seems pointless now.

I am so sorry to read all of your stories. I hope you get justice and your money back.

Burnt too!!!

Like everyone else I have been burned by this woman as well!

My first order through her was for a mystery pack. I did receive the pack with some beautiful clothes for my daughter for her birthday. I purchased the pack 9 Aug 2014 and had to send emails to find out when it would arrive. Finally received the pack early September. Then I placed an order for another dress, which was for my Nan to give to her. Then the same stories about suppliers etc, have been sending regular enquiries ever since. Was hoping it would turn up for her christmas present, but no, my Nan passed away last night, not only do I have no dress or refund, we've also been robbed of the memory of that dress being given to my daughter by my Nan.

Bought floral shorts from this company in October 2014, constantly told that shipment was delayed blah blah blah. Then said she had processed refund. Never did. Reported her to ACCC. She told them she will process refund. Never did. Her ABN is 518 - if you search this you will see her address at Underwood. I am willing to take this further, if any other members want to contact me and we can do it as a group. I see many people have been ripped off by Rebecca Molenaar and she shouldn't get away with it.

I purchased two fedora hats in October 2014 with an ETA of 3 weeks plus postage time, it is now March 2015 and so far no hats, no refund even after several emails. This woman and her friends, as she probably isnt alone in her dealings will rob you blind and then make you feel guilty about pressing her for information as to why the products that you have paid for have not arrived. They will tell you that there was a delay in shipping, that the product is due to arrive that week, lies, lies, lies. Do Not Buy From This Seller.

Their facbook page and website have since been removed and are no longer in service, so contacting them is difficult if at all possible. I hope that some day she is caught and held accountable for the theft and crimes that she has commited.

Scam artists

I placed an order for a bracelet in November. I received an email that there a delay in shipment. As I wasn't in any hurry for the item, I wasn't too concerned. Fast forward to February 2015 and I emailed to find out where it was.

Shipment delays was the response I recieved. I was assured that the order would be in the country by the end of the week, and that the postage labels were printed, ready to go.

One month later, no bracelet. Went on Facebook to post my disgust, and the page no longer exists! I email and get the same reply as above.

I want my money back! The customer service is disgusting!

Me too?? Never been scammed before & feeling very annoyed that l have been now. I ordered items late December & have never received them. Have requested refund & l am now getting ignored. Best thing everyone can do is to report her & that way she cannot do it again through another business name. By the way she has 3 business names if you look up her ABN no. 50 460 362 518 so l will be reporting her as l have her bank details, full name, address etc.... People should be careful before ripping people off when all of their information is easy to find on the internet!! I would say her FB page has been closed down too, she hasn't closed it down because she would have had heaps of people reporting her....... How could you be that stressed when you have everyone's money?? So annoyed!!

I too have been waiting on a dress ordered in October. I received one dress that I ordered but the other has come under the "supply problem" category. I think all of our money went on her holiday and wedding. I have heard nothing from her since the 14th Jan 15 and am out of pocket $34.50.

Disappointed

Thank you everyone for your posts. I thought I was the only one! New to buying online I brought 8 dresses for my granddaughters, got the 'oh we have had order delays' then went on to order 2 jumpers :( silly me $300 given to this woman. I then had to go & buy other items for Xmas & B'Day presents. Also sent email last week saying I would take action if money or items did not show. Looked on FB & gone also got email saying she has closed down. Bet we won't get items or OUR hard earned money back :( this is so wrong.

When I proved by sending them copies of the debit on my back statement that they had deducted payment I suddenly stopped receiving Aany communication from them at all. .. and Needless to say the item has not been received. ...10weeks later.

Received an email today advising that she's shutting down the business, who knows if I'll ever see my money again. How is she allowed to get away with this?

Still waiting for refund

I ordered 2 x dresses in September 2014. Various emails were received with stories about how the dresses were delayed and there was issues with supplier. Finally, offered a refund In January. STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED !! Indiana sage has now shut shop with a long story and now not monitoring emails. Only statement is that refunds will be provided at some stage. I am pretty confident I am never going to see this money returned.
