I have continually tried to reach my account service manager" ALTA" and she will not answer her phone or call me back after 20+ attempts. She actually did answer the phone, but hung up in the middle of my question about extending a auto loan payment by 11 days (my next payday). All staf were very UNhelpful and I can NEVER get through to them.

I have only had this bank for 7 months, and it has been a complete joke. First I would like to say, do not sign anything that involves IDA LLC, secondly, the vehicle that was sold to me, by the dealership, which is in business with IDA IS A SAVAGE car, at time of purchase I request a CAR FAX and was told no, and I could look up the information myself, after 6 months of owning vehicle, I went into official dealership, who was able to provide with a car fax, and was told the my vehicle airbags were deployed in accidient which happened before being sold at an auction. I am currently working with an attorney to forfieted the my contract with IDA, its a bunch b.s and a way to giving hardworking consumers a headache.

These people are crooks and liars. I wouldn't get a car loan from them again, even if it was my last option. Even if you are a good customer and pay your bills on time, they treat you like dirt.

They put a "dis-abler" on my car without my knowledge, which shuts off the engine once you are one day late on a payment. I just paid my car off entirely (I had to get help from a family member and pay $14,000, to get out of this scam), and they refused to take the dis-abler off, even though they said they would and even though I told them I didn't trust them and to please remove it.

Then they told me someone would call me to set up an appt to take it off. Well, no one ever called, and the next day my car wouldn't start (wouldn't you know it). I called my former agent, Mrs. Willis, and she was very rude and hateful to me. She said I was just having mechanical problems and she said "well what do you want me to do about it?" I asked her to please call the people who dis-able the engine to see if that was the issue and she flat out said "I'm not calling anyone and even if that was the issue, we are not liable".

I called IDA about 3 or 4 more times, after paying to get my car towed, and finally got someone else to talk to me. They then sent a signal to the dis-abler, and the car started a few minutes after.

Why would they dis-able my engine when I already paid & officially owned the car...???? I think they were mad that I paid it off, because they wanted to keep scamming me on the 28% interest rate. PLEASE take the advice you see in these reviews, and don't get a loan with IDA.

I wish i never got a loan with these people. they change representatives like you change your underwear....they are rude and they take your payments out days later and never own up to the fact they messed up.....they told me someo how my payment was returned to my acct and then taken out again 3 days later what....don't understand i paid with my debit caard....ms fatima wislon was no help she could not say yes my rep messed up ms rows this will ot happen again...nope Ms fatima wilson said thahat its not there fault but its as te system or some othe mess.....i am trying to get this car refiniaced now .you all really suck...i paid on july 25 but the payment did not come out until the 28 explain please.....
