Alan Rudt didn't pay the remaining $71.21 for the telemarketing services we did for him. I have the chain of email conversations that I had with him during the course of my work dating back in February 2014. The last time he responded to my emails was in February 21, 2014. I sent him follow up emails on the succeeding months (March, April and May), but no response from him until now.
He hired me to do telemarketing jobs for him, mainly in the education sector in New York. He even had double jobs which were not permitted, working as an Educational Consultant at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and at the same time being the Executive Director of Educational Partnerships for The Princeton Review. He mentioned to me that he was fired from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt because he was caught having dual jobs, and he didn't care.
I don't know why he wouldn't pay us the remaining amount that we worked for, he seemed decent and professional at first, but if he would only have the decency and the professionalism to respond and pay us the balance that we worked hard for. I don't have anything against his company, ImprovEducation.org, but he should pay what he owed us.
