I been having this issue with this company for 2weeks all i want is to get a working computer for my 2007 crysler 300. when i got the computer it work fine for a cupple of months the didn't work properly due to the fact it wouldn't go over 60mph.when was the first time i send it out. they send it back to me and they over look the setting that controlls turning on the car and the key . the computer would start the car but since the key waan't program it would shut it self off. then i at my expense overnight it to the because didn't want to hold up the process .Especially being without a car. then try to explan to the person on the other end Brian the supervisor that i need him to overnight it back since it was there fault and they over look at the problem.I didn't get thru to him. he send it back to me 2nd day and just recived it back again.And still having the same problem ...I called them as soon i knew they was open and got brian the supervisor .And his respond was i don't know what else to do. suggetion i would like you to send me a new computer over night and a call tag to re send you the one i have.And according to him he is not allowed to do that .thats not the correct procedure.even tho it's there fault .
