Beware of this company and do not invest your money with them. Vanessa Perry was our credit services representative and she was very helpful and polite before we actually turned over our money. We had the credit repair services for 6 months and very little came off of my credit report and nothing was removed from my husband's. We called on multiple occasions to ask questions to Vanessa and were met with frustration and annoyance to the point that we were being yelled at on the phone and told to basically turn over our money, keep out mouths shut and wait. We made the decision to cancel services for my husand and keep going with my repair as we were making some progress and we had already invested so much money with this company. Vanessa called to offer my husband two months free service since NOTHING had been accomplished on his case and when he refused she told him that if he didn't keep services going then she was going to cancel my services as well. Given that this woman has our SSNs and private information, I wrote her an email to confirm that she had cancelled our services to make sure she wouldn't try to come after us and she wrote back an email telling me our services were cancelled for non-payment! She had some rude passive agressive snide comments as well in her emails and I'm just at a loss as to how this woman is in business. She has lost her rating with the Houston BBB and had so many unresolved complaints that she's not allowed to be a member.

My husband and I were referred to her by a mortgage loan rep and our mistake was to trust that reference and not check this company out thoroughly. We take full responsibility for not being better informed in our decision but we are writing this report solely to prevent others from getting tangled with this company and wasting their money. We have consulted with another reputable firm today and they pointed out a few things to us about the unprofessional services we received from Vanessa Perry at Impeccable Credit Services.

#1) Make sure that when your credit repair service is diputing items off of your credit that they are disputing ALL items on all 3 reports each time. Vanessa was disputing a few items on each report (not the same items) and then on the next round she was disputing others. This ensures that the process takes a long time (much longer than necessary) which keeps you paying the monthly fee and lining their pockets for absolutely NOTHING! #2) We were not told that during the process of dispute with the credit reporting agencies your score will temporarily go up which is deceiving and makes you believe that the repair services are working. When an item is in dispute it temporarily does not report negatively on your credit BUT it's only permentant if the item is ultimately deleted or repaired and the negative reporting is removed. Vanessa Perry forgot to tell us this and took credit for the jump in our credit but once the disputes are removed your score will go back down.

#3) She will tell you to apply for 5+ credit cards and if you're not approved (which if your credit is bad hence the reason you need the service in the first place....you won't be) she'll tell you to get secured cards which also require a credit check and are subject to approval. This can be counterproductive because you have multiple hard inquiries on your credit which will take points off and with no guarantee of approval. If you apply for all of these cards and never get a card you've just lowered your score 10+ points for absolutely nothing. Her reasoning was that if you have the points removed with the inquiries but you do get the cards, after 45+ days you'll get a 10 point bump in your credit for each card. This kind of makes sense but what happens if you don't get the cards?

#4) My husband immigrated to the US from Canada and his credit history is only a few years old. He only had one negative mark on his credit and in speaking with Vanessa initially when we were obtaining services she said that she could help with both of these issues. This was a total fabrication. My husband had the services for 5 months and 3 dispute cycles with NO results at all. When we asked her why she said that sometimes it takes a few cycles before you see anything fall of. Also not what she said in the beginning when we were obtaining services.

The bottom line is that this woman is a total scam artist and a fraud. She takes money from people who are desperate to repair their credit and who in most cases do not have the thousands to spend without result. She dealt with us in such a childish and immature/unprofessional manner we were both amazed that she had any business at all. When she is confronted with intelligent adults asking reasonable questions she folds, gets angry and goes on the attack. She actually told me that I was too sensitive and I wasn't paying her to be "my friend". Insulting and deflecting from the real questions which were all about why the services were not working at all and her answers were basically keep paying, trust me and shut up. Part of customer service especially in that industry is earning and deserving the trust of your clients. She doesn't deserve your business and so do yourself and your family a huge favor and find someone who is reputable with the BBB. She actually has a video from a local TV station CW39 News in Houston praising her.....don't fall for it. I don't know how old that video is but they didn't do much investigative reporting before airing it because she's a total mess. Don't give this business your money.
