Just like all other complaints listed here, this company is only after money! How can anyone try a product for $14 days when they claim that it takes 3-4 months before you can see its true effects.
They gurantee full refund if you are dissatisfied. however, if you don't do this within 14 days, you will be automaticall charged $49.90 montly. how can i wait for 3-4 months before seeing its effects if the trial period is only 14 days, beyon which you are autmatically charged on a monthly basis.
what they say on their website is legal and true, but, how many people do you know read everything written on awebsite. They use this legal claim as their only legal deffense. so, they are hiding behind this scaming policy. Again, how many people remember to cancel within 14 days, and how many people look at their bank statement to see their monthly charges. this is what companies, like this one, count on. 1. you will forget to cancel withing 14 days, and 2. to look at your bank statement to see their $49.90 monthly charges. This is a bean counter trick. if just one person gets charged $49.90 because they forgot to cancel within 14 days, and count the number of people they sell to, which is in the hundreds of thousands over 27 countries, you are talking about millions and millions of dollars. this is regardless to whether anyone receieved any benefit or called the company to request refund after the 14 day trial.
the big red flag, how any company with good ethical conscience, good customer service, and the good repuation and confidence in their product, refuses to make a refund to any dissatified consumer.
instead, they say loudly and clearly, it's you are the only one responsible for your stupidty, for either forgetting to cancel within 14 days or not reading their clear policy.
additionally, when you tell them about the many negative complaints online, they counter that by saying, you can't trust a few small-minded people who state uninformed opinions and ask for preferential treatment because they are too stupid to read the policy clearly. again, they keep hiding behind their legal policy without regard to any customer satisfaction. "the customer is always right" is not an infoemd quality that this company wants to adopt because its against their main policy which making money by counting on forgetful and ignorant people.
I fell for their trap and learned my lesson. I have filed a claim to the BBB and called my bank to refute charges, but, i doubt very much in winning this war because they keep on hiding behind their legal policy.
my advice, boycut this company and do not buy anything from them or their affliates. this is how we, the consumers, can fight giant companies and hopefully put them out of business.
