When you make this purchase is it supposedly for the product that you want, ie: Microsoft Access 2010, and you think that you are getting the disk, problem is it redirets you to another site for download, and they tell you that you are being upgraded to newer version, when you select download, computer tells you that it will harm it, so I did not download. The phone number that is on their site is not in service, so you talk to a live person via chat. When asked that person to refund my money, I was argued with on several occasions, was finally told I would get a refund in 48 hours. I will be contacting the better business as well as canceled card used for purchase. It is a shame that there seem to be so many crooks out there.
