I was your customer since 2012. I loved your service. I loved the flexible interface and being able to back up and access my files from anywhere. There was also responsible customer service. But then, in 2014, I couldn't get in to any of my accounts. I read posts from other people who couldn't get into their accounts either.
There is no reason for this. I am heartbroken, I had very important files and you have refused to give me access to any of my accounts. I have written many emails to you, tried to call you, mailed letters to you, but I haven't gotten a single response.
My accounts where still paid for and you closed my access to them without even notifying me and giving me a chance to copy my files back to a hard drive! My original drive is broken so I can not retrieve the files using that method. You offered a secure back up system for that purpose at that time and advertised your site as being safe for backing up and storing files. I had about 1 TB of information back up with you that is lost! I have been your customer since before 2013!! I want my files, as I stated before I will pay you to transfer them to a new account or other means!
