I took a loan out thru iggy loans due to some unescpected bills came up and needed to pay so I borrowed $800 which total I would pay back $950 well all was good and I got sick and was off work some didn't draw a very big check I called and email them told them please "do not " take a payment out of my account due to lack of funds me been sick their responds was sorry we can't stop the payment you need to call 3 days ahead well I did call ahead of time and also talk to a lady told her please do not take anymore out they agreed and told me I can call my payment in well that didn't work they take out of my account before I could even call it in so this week 7/10/15 I look on my bank account and wow they thought they take $800 out of my account I'm so over and done with this good thing I didn't have the money in there my bank already knows bout them and will not push it thru and let it overdraw.But it's just the thought really $800 come on what and why do they think I have that much what a big time rip off. I want something done with them. what can we do? I did give them my debit card info would that be same as a credit card?
So I borrowed $500 dollars to get product for my business = a total of $650. So I called customer service after 4 payments of $150 had been taking out of my account. After being on hold for an hour never spoke to anyone. i sent an email the same day that stated my concerns of an additional $150 scheduled to be taken on 5/8.
On 5/4/15, i got an email from Fredrenia stating my payment options were to
1. Extend the and that they would collect the finace fee on my due date and not to notify themif I was extending the loan that it would be done automatically
2. Pay back the loan in full + fiance fee on the due date
3. pack a portion of the loan and the fiance fee for convience to payover time and to contact them in 3 days prior to the due date to set up payments.
The same day got another email from Cindy stating the apologize for the late response and seen that i had already contacted the company and to reply if I still need assistance. Well you bet, i did so i replied yes. On 5/6/15. Called the company and finally spoke to someone sfter being transfered and on hold a few times. The rep stated that the $600 I had paid went towards nothing and that the principal was still $500.
Long story short, I came to the assumption hat this company is bold business. Meaning:
Loan borrowed =500 + Interest=150 = $650.00
4 payments of 150 = 600
balance = 650
So I am actuallypaying a total of 650*650=1300 on a total loan + interest =650
so after requestin gto speak to a supervisor and conviently none were available I was told someone would contacyme in 24 hours. So i recieved anothe remail from Cindy again stating sorry for the inconvience
