I have a problem that needs a ultra sound,and I have been referred to 2 different ones and they continue to claim that they are not contracted with the facility,but won't tell me where to go.will athorise my prescription. They suck

Humana Sells Life Insurance, weather or not you buy it on your own or through your employer. They sold a $100,000.00 dollar to my Father in law in 2012. They received 100 dollars from his pay check each pay period. then refused to pay my mother in law after his death. They ripped off my Both my Father in law and Mother in law him while he was alive and her after his death.

Humana ins they wrote us a letter tell us we was approved for a 100,000.00 life ins policy they even took a 100.00 a week out of my husband check then he die now they will not pay what they approved if they had not approved the 100,000.00 we would have went some where else now it to later tell every do not buy life ins. for humana because all they do is take you money and will not pay please help me to spread the word humana ins suck big time.

Humana terminated my healthcare Prime twice although I have paid my monthly service charges. Humana website allows you to make additional payments and also allows you to over pay the monthly charge. I have on two occasions overpaid them although my monthly payments are paid. Because I went to my bank (VISA) to get back the addiontal 2 over-payments, Humana says I am behind in payments although my bank Visa statements show my monthly payments. I have discussed this with Humana over ten times in past three months they have decided to take my heathcare Prime away making it so difficult to control and be within specific parameters of Prime. Then my in network doctors cannot get paid so they come after me. Humana denies my overpayment and feels the extra money over paid is thiers. They have continually denied my claim for over paid money and has not addressed my issue shown in my Visa statements sent. I am thinking of getting an attorney to fight this. Does anyone know how I should proceed. I am working with NFCU Visa department and they have agreed in my favor that these are over paymernts (2 of them) as the monthly payments were up to date as of March 2015.

In the spring of 2014, I enrolled in Humana’s Direct Silver 4600/6300 plan. My premium was $39.60/month with a $500.00 deductable. I needed

major surgery in the fall. Humana took care of everything, I couldn’t have been happier with their service. Sometime in October, I received a letter in the mail saying my premium increased to $166.00/month for the same coverage, and that I did not need to do anything except pay the premium.

I attributed the increase to not having any income when I first applied. Recently I am on SSDI and receive monthly benefit payments. Towards the end of the year I contacted Humana several times to make sure my coverage did not lapse. I also went to the Marketplace to renew my policy.

In January 2015, I suspected there was a problem when I was to get a bone scan and it was going to cost $400.00. I tried logging in to both

Humana & Marketplace websites and was not able to access my accounts. I found out later Humana drafted $658.95 out of my checking account. I

contacted Humana and they set up a conference call between me, Humana and the Marketplace. Apparently my Federal tax credit had not been

applied. Meaning I was paying full price for the plan and not even receiving the same prior coverage as before. My deductable was at $9,000.

Since that conversation, Humana drafted an addition $658.95 from my checking account. I contacted Humana again and a second conference

call was setup. Again, tax credits still not applied. I not only renewed my policy myself, but had two Marketplace representatives renew again on

two separate occasions. The Marketplace turned it over to the Advanced Resolution Center to expedite a solution and would contact me in 5-7 days.

After 10 days I called the Marketplace. They told me ARC tried to contact me by phone. If they did, then they never left a message.

Finally on 3-2-2015, the Marketplace applied my tax credits to my Humana premium, lowering the premium to $241.95 but still with a much

higher deductible $3250.00 v/s $500.00 in 2014.

On 3-6-2015 I contacted Humana because I was still getting bills for the $658.95 premium. I asked the representative to place this account in

dispute and he would file a Request for Refund. I never authorized Humana to draft anything more than the original premium of $39.60/month. So far they have drafted $1317.90 of unauthorized payments. Had I not put a stop on the auto pay, Humana would still be drafting $658.95 each month;

this is nothing less than stealing, or at least fraud. Because of this situation, I’ve had to put off much needed surgery on my hip. I can’t afford to be stuck with a $9,000.00 deductable even though I’m eligible for a much less deductible. I still want to know why I can’t get the exact same coverage that I have 2014?

HumanaOne Dental Prepaid HI215 Value Plan is a SCAM !!! Do not waste your money !!!

We had no dental coverage so I tried to purchase this plan but it is totally worthless. They do no pay any claims. The HumanaOneNetwork.com site makes it look like there are lots of providers to choose from, but after finding my provider on the list and getting my teeth cleaned my claim form arrived in the mail saying they paid zero. The Explanation of Benefits claim form said to visit MyCompBenefits.com and the list on that site showed my provider was "inactive." All the other providers listed were over 30 miles away and all listed as working in the same dental office. But when I checked the dental office web site none of the names appeared. What a scam. They sell you coverage but have no actual providers that are active and in network for you to go to. They force you into a full year contract and charge you an application fee but then provide absolutely no service. Human can take their one year contract and shove it. I am not paying them a penny more.
