We have tried for several months to cancel hulu plus. Their site has no phone or email for contact and the instructions they give to cancel are to log into your account and hit the cancel subscription button - BUT there is no such button anywhere.
It says you can contact them on their facebook page, so I did. Here are the results

You guys suck, we have been homeless for a long while and when we log into our account - there is no cancel subscription button. I am going to add you to rip off report as we now have to close our bank account and get a new one to stop you...crooks.....would not have been so bad if we could contact you by phone or email...but you do not give that option.
