I purchased a sectional with two recliners nov 2013. First issue was getting this delivered to my summer house, Huffman koos could not understand I did not want it delivered to my home. It took about ten calls to get this corrected and an actual delivery date
the two delivery man came, only one carried the furniture on his back and damaged my deck when he threw the corner unit on the deck, after assembling they didn't put in the pegs that hold the units in place and did not leave any for me to install, After they left I noticed that when he threw it on lmy porch he broke the wood structure and it was broken in half.
i immediately called my representative to be told it qwas too late, that they would set up a service call to repair the unit. I was livid as I wanted a new unit. I did not pay to have new furniture repaired. After about twenty calls I got them to agree to replace the unit, how aggravating and frustrating this has been.
One of the recliners does not close this is also an issue I've been trying to resolve since the day I got the units delivered. It is now eight months later, I've called so many timed I can't keep track, Jimmy hardy human resources manager promised he would call me before five pm two weeks ago.
I spoke to Jolene (second manager) for months, who is pushing me of to corporate, still no return calls, no date to repair recliner, no refund for un-operational furniture. This was a Natuzzi leather furniture that was very very expensive.
I have been very patient, and trusting and now I am very upset with the level of incompetence, disregard for my hard earned money, disgusted with their customer service and desire to resolve this matter
i am also still waiting to be refunded for a piece of furniture that was never delevered.
