Beware of this company. They are known for elementary school pictures. All the digital work is apparently done by a computer. We received a proof of our son's school picture and it had the text "No text on picture, no school logo please" printed across it instead of his name.
We contacted the company to ask them to fix the obvious stupidity of them actually printing erroneous text on his school picture and they were very rude. They finally offered to remove the text but not logo, but would under no circumstances refund the original fee. The "re-touching" service was also a scam.
Beware as it is obvious no human being actually proofs these pictures. Several other kids in our son's class also report horrible products they received both last year and this year. I am discussing with the school that they need to stop using this company as their product has been bad year after year. My cell phone literially takes better pictures than whatever they used.
