Howard C. Kim Esq. of the Howard Kim & Associates law firm has been operating illegally in the City of Henderson since 9/30/15. His business license with the City of Henderson has not been renewed as of 11/10/15 but in the meantime he has been retained and is collecting money from his clients when he should not be in business. Anyone that has been served with a lawsuit or that has retained him while he has been unlicensed should file a formal complaint with the City of Henderson and the Nevada Bar as soon as possible.
Howard Kim & Associates in Las Vegas Have been responsible for bringing down the real estate prices. These corrupt ones have been buying at these corrupt HOA auctions for years. They know what they are doing is illegal. They know the laws very well because they all are licensed attorneys. The laws under NRS116 are limited to 9 months of assessments so when they are buying these homes for 15,000, 35,000 ect they know that far exceeds what Is allowed making the sale void. They know that the banks on these properties have not been notified or the notifications where sent to false addresses what bank wants to loose their security over a few hundred dollars. Second NRS 116 says you have to be a bona fide purchaser how can you be innocent when you are renting out thousands of these properties ... Third most of these loans are Fannie Mae, HUD, VA these are all protected. This is so un American these idiot jerks are leaving people with the mortgage payment while they kick them out or worst rent it back to them, while the loan is still in their names.
They take ale advantage of uneducated people that don't know the law the elderly and especially target the minority. They research every property on the corrupt ones auction list before they pick their victim. Trust me they have a few employees or private investors doing the dirty deeds.
If you are a victim find out what type of loan you have you can get your home back you are entitled to modification just get the title back in your name it's still your home. This group is renting out over 680 properties all fraudulently. They claim to be representing SFR investments pool 1. LLC, but in reality they are SFR. They use their manager Chris Hardin to attend these HOA auctions that are illegal, to purchase homes from corrupt attorneys that have no legal rights to be selling bank owed properties. Chris enters the auction with Howards Kims money and buys hundreds ofthese homes. Howard knows he is not suppose to be doing this becuase it is illegal. These homes still have 1st deed's of trust under some poor person's social security number.
These attorneys spend all day in court fighting for the SFR cases knowing that they wont win on their ridiculous quiet title law suits. These people need to spend the next 30 years behind bars for what they have done to defraud people. I am a rentor in one of their properties and they don't accept checks only money orders and they didnt even ask me for a deposit, it is becuase this home I am in belongs to Wells Fargo and the bank has now come to my door asking me what I was doing living here.
The homeowners association are corrupt especially the president, he asked me if I purchased the home, I know he is aware that SFR (Howrd Kim) is the owner on paper, he is getting some kind of under the table money.
